Binky Felstead has been met with praise for showing off her post-partum physique on social media, with fans having said that she's "normalised"

The reality TV star, 33, and her husband Max Darnton, also 33, welcomed their son Wilder, now 10 months old, in April last year. The couple were already parents to Wolfie, two, and their family also includes Binky's daughter India, six.

The Made In Chelsea star has shared updates on social media in the months since the arrival of her youngest child. This has included sharing workout videos on Instagram, with Binky having now said she's received "lovely" responses.

Binky took to the platform on Monday to showcase her figure in a selfie, with her telling fans that she "wants to be able to celebrate it". She said that although she doesn't "love her new skin," she is "proud of it".

Alongside a photo of her taking a photo in a mirror whilst modelling a sports bra and shorts, she wrote: "I'm getting a lot of lovely messages from so many of you about my daily workouts so firstly, thank you for that!

She continued: "It's amazing how many of you follow along and are inspired. However, I don't want anyone thinking I've just 'snapped back' - there is so much pressure out there for us Mums and women in general to look and feel a certain way. And, I've been trying really bloody hard to get my fitness back to where I was pre Wilder."

Binky added: "So, I just wanted to show you my tummy which as you can see has lost its elasticity. I'm showing you purely because I want to be able to celebrate it. It is normal to have a tummy that looks different to how you want it to, especially after carrying three babes."

She concluded the post by writing in the caption: "I can't pretend I LOVE my new skin but I am proud of it. So today, as a shout-out to all our women let's smile together and celebrate our bodies. Ps I'm blaming Wilder."

The post already has more than 24,000 likes on the platform. A number of fans took to the comments section to react, with Binky praised for "normalising" post-partum bodies. It was suggested by some people that she's "inspirational".
