Place in the Sun's Danni Menzies' real life from racy snaps to boyfriend mystery
To the delight of fans, A Place In The Sun's Danni Menzies is now back on our screens in the spin-off show A Place In The Sun What Happened Next?, and she's also been quite busy in her personal life.
In her new endeavour, the 35-year-old presenter is revisiting those brave enough to have taken the plunge and made a new life for themselves in sunnier climes, chatting with those who appeared on the well-loved property show as far back as 2007.
Expressing her excitement at her TV return, Danni, who also bagged a job on the Heart Scotland breakfast show following her departure, admitted that she'd been through a 'tough time', and that her mental health had suffered after she was struck by a moped in 2022.
Speaking candidly with social media followers, Danni, who originally stepped down from A Place In The Sun after six years in 2022, said: "So when I got asked to work on this new series my pale skin was very excited to be back in the sunshine catching up with lovely house hunters that we’d helped find their homes in the sun. I was so grateful to get back to work after a tough time and getting to kick off the show swimming on a horse is one of the best experiences of my life and I'll cherish the memory forever."

Earlier on last year, Danni expressed that she would be keen to find that special someone following her departure from A Place in the Sun, telling The Sun: "It's really hard to get a boyfriend when you're travelling and living out of a suitcase all the time." Back in August, a number of Instagram followers got their hopes up that her fortunes had changed, after Danni shared snaps of her playing Monopoly with a topless man during a sunny holiday in Spain.
Danni was quick to dispel any rumours, however, clarifying that the bloke in question was just a pal. Taking to Instagram Stories, Danni wrote: "Everyone thinks you're on [holiday] with your [boyfriend] but actually you're just stranded with your bestie that wants a new Bumble pic."
Back in July, the gossip mill went into full swing after Danni reportedly checked into the Charisma Concept Hotel in Mykonos with Love Island star Jay Younger. Any romance between them however appeared to quickly sour, and it wasn't long until they'd both unfollowed each other on Instagram. Speaking at the time, Danni shared that she'd been on five dates and appeared to clarify her single status, declaring: "I just want a man and a country house."

Stepping into her 35th year in style, Danni set pulses racing after a friend celebrated her milestone birthday with a saucy snap. The photo in question shows Danni completely nude, her modesty covered up with a strategically positioned iron, and one arm placed across her breasts. Her pal captioned the pic: "Happy birthday to the hottest nudie I know."
