Davide Sanclimenti has opted to try out a lighter hairstyle and teased that 'blondes have more fun'

Love Island winner Davide Sanclimenti showcased a new look after visiting a hair salon.

The reality TV star, 29 - who won the ITV2 dating show in 2022 with his partner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu - has ditched his typically dark locks for a lighter shade and looks completely unrecognisable. He's been seen with blonde hair in photos that were seemingly taken this week.

Davide was spotted modelling his new look recently outside of a hair salon in Greater Manchester as onlookers looked on in disbelief. The former islander, who's understood to be based in the area, was seen getting into a vehicle after an apparent appointment.

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail show blonde Davide getting into a vehicle. He appears to have kept his hair at its usual length but has opted for a much lighter shade, with him typically sporting brunette hair before the new look.

Davide is seen wearing a black t-shirt in the newly-released photos and he had chosen to wrap up in what appeared to be a padded Dior jacket. The entrepreneur accessorised his outfit with a pair of sunglasses, that featured orange lenses.

And although he hasn't yet shared any selfies showcasing his blonde hairstyle on Instagram, Davide did take to the platform on Friday with one of the photos. He shared a screengrab of the article, including one of the photos.

Davide - who's become an ambassador for brands like boohooMAN since leaving the villa almost two years ago - teased alongside the screengrab in an accompanying caption on his Instagram Story: "Blondes have more fun, right?"

His hair transformation comes after his partner Ekin-Su, 29 - who's among the cast of the latest season of the Traitors US - has experimented with her hair at times. This included last year when she teased about it on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of her sporting blonde highlights, she wrote in a post back in June last year: "Ekin who? The blonde is back." Ekin-Su has however more recently been seen modelling her typically darker, brunette hair in photos that she has shared with her followers on the platform.
