Curtis Pritchard has teased a possible return to the Love Island villa - despite turning down the chance to appear the current All Stars series.

The professional dancer made waves on the ITV2 dating series back in 2019, thanks to striking up a romance with Amy Hart before breaking her heart and admitting he preferred brewing up for everyone in the villa rather than giving her a cuddle in bed in the mornings.

These days, Amy is engaged and mum to a beautiful baby boy. Curtis quickly found love following his split from the mum-of-one, striking up a romance with fellow 2019 Islander Maura Higgins, but the former Hollyoaks actor is currently single.

So does Curtis fancy another stint on Love Island. Speaking at the National Lottery's Big Night of Musicals, he said: "There was an opportunity to but no, I thought 'maybe not this time'."

Despite being asked to join the series, Curtis admitted to OK! magazine that he hasn't been keeping up with it, saying: "I need to catch up on it." He also shared that he's been busy working on a financial investment app, hoping it will help people use their money in a "wiser and smarter way."

Apart from his dance career, Curtis shared that he's been working on his "singing and acting" with dreams of incorporating this into his future work. Having experience in pantomime, he revealed that he'd love to perform in musicals like Waitress, Les Miserables, and Hamilton. In a funny jest about Hamilton, Curtis said he could play King George III, jesting it as "one of the smallest roles in the musical, but also one of the best."

Curtis made his acting debut alongside his brother AJ on the Channel 4 series Hollyoaks after their stint on Love Island. Despite criticism from viewers who found their scenes a bit awkward, Curtis continues to hone his acting skills. The brothers chose to ignore the backlash, stating they didn't want to 'waste their time on negativity'. These days, Curtis and his brother AJ took part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and The Challenge UK, though they have not returned to acting on the screen for now
