Claudia Winkleman's huge Traitors confession as she brands herself 'the worst'

Claudia Winkleman admits that she doesn't actually watch The Traitors as she called herself The One Show's worst ever guest before making a very suggestive remark.

The coy host of the hit BBC show refused to give anything away when she appeared on the sofa this evening as the back-stabbing series nears its conclusion. But much to the surprise of those watching in at home, Claudia did reveal that she doesn't know exactly what everyone has seen as she doesn't tune in.

The presenter admits that she wasn't keen on the idea of following up last year's debut show because it would be hard to repeat the drama. She confessed to Alex Jones and Lauren Laverne that she got that wrong and says this one is just as good as the first - even though she was worried they couldn't recreate the magic.

"Can I start off by saying I am going to be the worst guest ever. I'm too scared to speak about anything. After the first series I just thought that's more than enough. The first series was so overwhelming for us. I just thought it was so perfect, just leave it. It was lovely. But the BBC were like 'no, what's the matter with you'. I'm still nervous."

When talking about the missions, she said: "There one great one, it may be tonight I don't know, I don't watch it." She left everyone chuckling when she hinted she may tune in tomorrow. Asked where she will be during the final, she said: "I'll be under the blanket with my puppy. That's not code." Before saying: "Sorry. Are we on?" as the laughter continued.

Earlier today, woman of the moment Claudia, 52, took to social media this morning ahead of the next update from the Scottish castle airing on BBC One this evening - sending fans and Traitors stars wild with her latest iconic fashion choice. Posing in the grounds of The Traitors castle in a striking shaggy, tiered cloak, Claudia's famous fringe looked longer and thicker than ever as she stood alongside some creepy masked extras.

"Did someone say fringe? The Traitors continues on @bbcone tonight at 9," the Strictly Come Dancing host captioned the stunning shot on Instagram. The stylish star then shared a video of herself spinning around in her eye-catching cape, telling fans of the garment: "If you would like this object it’ll be in the @comicrelief auction in March. It’s very good for twirling."
