Victoria Beckham has launched a huge sale for her clothing range, after it was revealed her fashion and cosmetics empire has recorded losses of £66.3m since it was founded- despite a year of "double-digit sales growth".

Nearly 200 items on the Victoria Beckham clothing website have had their prices slashed, with up to 60 per cent off, including a dusty rose jacket reduced from £750 to £375, and a bright green midi dress worth £850 now going for £425.

A white shirt sold at the whopping price of £350 is now at £175.

The sale comes after new figures showed that Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd made losses of £5,887,036 in 2021, down from £8,581,944 in 2020.

The luxury fashion business added new customers in Europe and the Middle East as it expanded across the world.

The annual accounts filed this week said the brand was also expanding into new products, with the launch of leather goods and the VB Body range.

The financial records stated that Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd had won 19 awards for its "luxury, high-performance" products and established a "significant community of loyal customers".

After making her name in the Spice Girls, Victoria, 48, launched her own fashion label in 2008.

It was named designer brand of the year in the UK in 2011 and won many celebrity fans.

Victoria was appointed an OBE in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to the fashion industry.

Earlier this month Victoria said she was "back to reality" after her Christmas break with husband David and their children, apart from eldest Brooklyn, 23, who was in America with wife Nicola Peltz.

The former popstar shared a throwback snap of herself getting to work on a computer which was taken during the height of her singing career with the British girl band.

The snap, which has now become a viral meme, sees an excited looking Victoria tapping away on a keyboard.

For the second year in a row, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola opted to stay in the US and spend the holiday season with her parents.

Budding chef Brooklyn showed off his chic Christmas with Nicola appearing in matching black ensembles as they shared an embrace by a tree.

Brooklyn captioned the snaps: ''Merry Christmas Eve from me and my baby.''
