Molly-Mae Hague has celebrated her daughter's first birthday in style.

The Love Islander, 24, took to social media to give her fans an insight into baby Bambi's big day. She welcomed her first child last year with fellow Love Island star and fiancé Tommy Fury. The proud parents have spoilt their baby girl as she turns one and became emotional by the milestone.

Molly-Mae posted a heartwarming clip the night before Bambi's birthday of the young family cuddling together. Alongside the black and white post, she wrote: "Good night my baby... see you in the morning when you're ONE [crying emojis]." Molly-Mae added: "I'm not an emotional person... but wow the way I feel about my little girl turning one tomorrow has really taken me by surprise.

"Someone pass me the tissues." She also shared an adorable snap of the night before giving birth. In the snap, Molly-Mae kissed Tommy and said: "This time last year... the night before life changed forever." The mum-of-one then posted a collage of photographs from Bambi's first year and captioned it with a crying emoji.

Molly-Mae got creative for Bambi as she also baked her a cake. She shared a hilarious side-by-side snap of the cook book and her own creation of a candy house as she admitted: "I tried." The influencer told her followers: "I was saying on my YouTube that my mum used to make us a special birthday cake every single year from this cake book she had.

"We've re-purchased the cake book (after a lot of hunting on the internet because this book is SO old) and I'm going to carry on the tradition for Bambi... no matter how ugly the cakes are." On Tuesday morning Molly-Mae shared a sweet photo of the birthday girl as she sat on a rocking elephant.

Molly-Mae and Tommy decorated their home with huge white balloons as well as clear ones that said Bambi's name and a number one. She was also treated to a huge present pile and sat with her dad as she opened up the gifts. Molly-Mae had teased boxer Tommy would be pulling out all the stops to give their daughter a birthday to remember.

Addressing her fans and talking about her hopes for her daughter’s first birthday on her YouTube channel, Molly-Mae said: “Less than two weeks now until Bambi turns one and no other stage compares to this one. I know you might judge me for saying this but if I could have a baby and it come out how Bambi is now, like this stage and age, I would have a million babies.

"I am so obsessed with this stage. The pros are so much more than the cons at this stage. This is my motherhood era, this is what I dreamt motherhood would be like. I am enjoying being a mum so much at the minute. I just feel really grateful I'm in a really good place. But of course the ups and downs come fast.”
