Loose Women's Linda Robson says ex-husband 'wouldn't notice if she was on fire'
Linda Robson hit out at her ex-husband Mark Dunford on Monday's Loose Women.
The Birds of a Feather actress confirmed in November 2023 that she and Mark had decided to separate after 33 years of marriage. The former couple share a son, Louis, born in 1992, and a daughter, Roberta, known as Bobbie, born in 1996.
On the first addition of Loose Women this week, Linda appeared to share some insight into the breakdown of her marriage during one of the debates on the show. Ruth Langsford, Olivia Attwood, Brenda Edwards and Linda were discussing the news that Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of skin cancer, less than a year after her breast cancer diagnosis.
The panel were speaking about getting checked for moles when Linda revealed that she'd gone with her eldest daughter Lauren, 40, who she shares with ex-partner Tony Tyler, to have some checked. Hitting out at her ex-husband, Linda quipped: "I think if anything changed on my body, my husband wouldn’t notice, he wouldn’t notice if I was on fire."
The Loose Women panellist finally confirmed her split from Mark in November of last year. Speaking to Woman magazine, Linda said: "He's [Mark] a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough. I've got my family and my kids around me. And I'm going on a cruise with Lesley Joseph in November. I'm keeping busy. I feel fine. I'm just going away on trips all the time."
Adam Thomas says devastating Waterloo Road plot helped him grieve for late dadLinda added: "I'm not interested [in dating] honestly. I can't be a***d with all that." Before confirming the split, Linda hinted at problems in her marriage during discussions on the ITV daytime show. Opening up on the tough times the couple have faced, Linda said: "If something's not right in a relationship then I find it very hard to disguise it. "And things haven't been right in my relationship for quite a long time so, erm, I've been very honest about it." Linda joined Loose Women in 2012 and has been a regular panellist on the ITV show ever since.
