Love Island fans convinced Chloe Burrows is jetting to villa to confront Toby
Love Island fans are convinced that Chloe Burrows is jetting to South Africa to confront ex-boyfriend Toby Aromolaran in the All Stars villa after he started blabbing about the end of their relationship.
The 28-year-old reality star was a contestant on Love Island in 2021 during season seven of the show - where she ended up in second place alongside 24-year-old Toby. The pair went on to enjoy a romance that lasted over a year before abruptly coming to an end in October 2022.
Toby is currently starring in spin-off show Love Island: All Stars - where former contestants return to the villa for another chance at romance. And during a candid chat with 25-year-old Georgia Steel, Toby hinted that his relationship with Chloe had collapsed in explosive style as he hinted at a “big incident” that ultimately brought the romance to an end.
In recent weeks, Chloe has been sunning herself in Australia where she has been frolicking at the beach and partying with friends. She has now signalled she is leaving Australia - and fans are convinced she will be making a detour to South Africa, where Love Island: All Stars is filming, before she makes it back to the UK.
After Chloe posted a goodbye note to Australia online, fans flooded the comments section of her post to urge her to confront Toby on screen. One follower wrote in reply: "Okay girl looks like you had fun now get to the Villa!" And another wrote: "Now bombshell and drag the manchild!" While a further fan typed: "Maybe she's flying to South Africa after all” alongside a fingers crossed emoji.
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesChloe has previously hit out at her fans on social media after they flooded her with requests to appear on Love Island. After being bombarded with requests, Chloe begged via social media: "Pls guys lemme enjoy my holiday [crying face emoji] never had so many messages pmsl."
She may, however, be tempted to feature on All Stars to confront Toby after he cast a dark shadow over her. During his chat with Georgia, Toby said the reason they broke up was because: “I didn’t trust her any more.”
Georgia probed him to explain why he had lost his trust in Chloe, and he replied: “So hard… It’s one of those difficult ones… Something happened and trust went… something happened, the trust went… I think, personally, if you’re in a relationship and you don’t trust them, it’s done.”
Georgia then dug for more details asking: “Was she messaging other guys?” And Toby cryptically replied: “We had like a big incident happen.” Georgia then asked: “She went out?” And without fully explaining, Toby added: “Something along those lines…”
Love Island fans will have to wait a while to get another fresh fix from the All Stars villa. Friday night’s episode ended with the shock revelation that 32-year-old Arabella Chi - who has been romantically linked to Leonardo DiCaprio in the past - had entered the villa as a bombshell and had demanded the company of all the men in the house.
But Saturday night will see ITV airing a compilation ‘Unseen Bits’ episode instead of picking up from the cliff hangover. The drama will finally resume with all new footage on Sunday night at 9pm on ITV2 and via ITVX.
