You might think you're a domestic goddess or god - but you ain't seen nothing yet.

Most people have at least some semblance of a cleaning routine: even if it's just one big whopper of a freshen-up on a Sunday evening as anxiety about work on Monday rears its head. Compared to this house-proud mum-of-two, we all need to step our games up, because when she revealed her detailed weekly cleaning routine, she left people completely stunned and wondering what kind of superhuman levels of energy and organisation she has to manage to get it all done.

From keeping the home pristine throughout the week to prepping meals, the amazingly detailed plan sees her get up at 5am every day.

Fellow parents were amazed back in 2019 at how the mum and her husband managed to hold down full-time jobs while also running a house renovation business on the side. Explaining in detail how it's all done, the mum revealed how she managed to fit it all in, including cooking a nightly meal and getting up super early on Sundays to do the gardening.

The mum from Melbourne, who has two daughters aged five and three, took to Facebook to share her routine and left people flabbergasted, Mail Online reports. Her first piece of advice is: "Be quick, don't dawdle, and avoid distractions. Wake up early, get ready before the kids. Aim for 5am for you, 5.30 for the kids have them fed and dressed by 7am." Here's, frankly intimidating, breakdown of her day by day activities.

MONDAY

Each day starts with the mum emptying the dishwasher and making the beds - every, single, day. The mum does the laundry and cooks that night's meal and makes sure there is enough for lunch the next day. "While food is being cooked - vacuum, dust, and mop. Get PJs/home clothes/work clothes/ fancy clothes hanged on the clothes rail for the next day. Empty garbage and recycle bins, do paperwork and other things like gift preparation for whoever we are visiting." She then takes a shower and prepares herself for Tuesday.

TUESDAY

The mum begins by cooking an evening meal ahead of time. She then deep cleans and dusts her home and writes 'DustW' on her chore list to remind her to do this weekly. She claims she dismantles her rangehood - or kitchen hood - and puts it in the dishwasher, while also scrubbing it herself - along with the oven and stove.

She said: "Using an old sponge and old toothbrush and Jif, clean the range hood, stove, oven and all sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers. I drain my washing machine filters. Then I clean the machine by running it on the hottest cycle with washing powder."

She hangs up all clothing, including pyjamas, ready for the next day. She also writes up codes for her Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday routines to remind her what needs to be done and when.

WEDNESDAY

'LinenW' or Linen Weekly greets the midweek, which includes changing all bedsheets and towels. Once this is done, and while that night's supper is on the go, she would prepare clothes for Thursday and take out the rubbish and recycling.

She then caught up on paperwork and claimed to look at 'gift preparation' in case any relatives may be about to visit them. She said: "When cooking is done, pack lunches for the next day. I fold the laundry, replace the linen and bedsheets, and take a shower."

THURSDAY

Thursday sees more dusting and vacuuming, and the whole family's laundry is tackled. The codes for these chores are 'LaundryW' (laundry weekly), 'VacuumW' (vacuum weekly), and 'DustE' (dust everything).

She said: "While the food is cooking, vacuum everything; so the house, plus under beds and sofas. I dust the window sills, wall paintings and tops of cabinets and mop." Then more paperwork, the bins are again emptied, and the clothes are prepared.

FRIDAY

Ironing is the focus for Friday is dedicated to ironing - IronW (ironing weekly). She said: "While the food is cooking, IronW. I iron school clothes, work shirts etc. "When cooking is done, pack lunches for the next day. Take a shower. Call family and friends and have a chat."

SATURDAY

As with many in the UK, Saturday is for shopping, coded P/L S W (plan, list and shop weekly). She wants to make a meal plan and a detailed shopping list. The mum used culinary themes to organise meals, even breakfast, to make meal prep easier.

One week she will do South Asian, another Middle Eastern, and another European. She said: "So my plan consists of Monday (veg), Tuesday (chicken), Wednesday (lentils, beans), Thursday (lamb), Friday (fish), Saturday (pilaf, pasta, roast chicken, steak)."

She will visit Aldi, Coles, and Safeway and will buy fresh vegetables at a local greengrocer. She said: "I also check the Council website for free activities and update my fridge calendar with events from the website and my phone appointments for the next week. I then do our shopping and vacuum/wash our cars."

SUNDAY

No time to relax for this mum, who chooses this day to wake up early and mow the lawn. She said: "Make beds, empty dishwasher. While food is cooking, mow the lawn.

"Get PJs/home clothes/work clothes/fancy clothes hanged on the clothes rail for next day, empty garbage and recycle bins, do paperwork and other things like gift preparation for whoever we are visiting. When cooking is done, pack lunches for the next day. I take a shower."

And her sage advice? "Try not to create mess. Attempt to work in a clean, crisp and systematic way."
