Liverpool will take on Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday afternoon looking to cement their credentials at the top of the Premier League table.

Jurgen Klopp's men are unbeaten in their last 13 Premier League games and you have to go back to the controversial game at Tottenham to find the Reds' last defeat. In fact, they've only lost once in the league this season and their current run has seen them climb to the summit of the Premier League table.

It hasn't always been plain sailing for the Reds against the Cherries with the home side beating Klopp's men 1-0 at the Vitality last season, however that was the reverse of the Anfield fixture which saw Liverpool dismantle Bournemouth an incredible 9-0. But Bournemouth have been on a solid run with four wins on the spin, which only came to an end with a 3-1 defeat to Spurs on New Year's Eve.

The game also comes with added spice with former Liverpool man Dominic Solanke expected to line up against his former team. Solanke's eight goals have helped Andoni Iraola's side shoot up to 12th in the table and the in-form striker will have a point to prove against Liverpool and Klopp making this fixture one of the weekend's most intriguing.
