Khloe Kardashian has a 'drastically changed' appearance after plastic surgery
Khloe Kardashian has admitted to having a nose job to change her appearance, but one expert believes the reality star has gone even further.
The 39-year-old has hit back at trolls who accused her of having a "face transplant" and said her transformation is simply down to a nose job and weight loss. Over the years, Khloe has lost around 60lb as she started to focus on living a healthy lifestyle.
However, one aesthetic surgeon suggested Khloe has also had breast augmentation surgery. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Ramachandran Prasad said: "Khloe looks as though she could have potentially had some small breast implants put in and then from an abdomen point of view, she looks to have had liposuction with some body contouring."

She's admitted to having a nose job (Patrick McMullan via Getty Images)However, Mr Prasad said it doesn't seem like Khloe has had "a full abdominoplasty". He added: "In her face, she’s definitely had rhinoplasty, but a face lift is unlikely, just some lip fillers."

Skincare expert Amish Patel also said Khloe looks "dramatically" different nowadays thanks to weight loss. He told us: "She has been very open about her surgeries - she went through a significant weight loss transformation a few years ago, and this would have changed her appearance dramatically as well.
"Weight loss would have given a sharper, more angular look to her face, but that aside, she has possibly had lip fillers, looking at the size and shape. Her nose would indicate possible surgery due to the change and size."

The aesthetics practitioner said: "Her complexion looks very smooth and clear, suggesting a good skincare routine with the addition of Botox and possibly chemical peels, which rejuvenate the skin.
"I think she may have had filler work to the chin and jawline, given her age and the fact she still has a very defined, sharp jawline. Her lifted contoured cheeks could possibly indicate cheek filler, as we can see that the outer area of her cheeks is very contoured."
Khloe has admitted to having injections, but has insisted she stays away from Botox. Last year, Khloe opened up about her nose job and told fans on social media that she had it done a few weeks before her daughter True Thompson's first birthday.
