Gnonto sale expected
Chelsea complete record-breaking Enzo Fernandez transfer after deadline day rush
Leeds United winger Wilfried Gnonto is said to be 'expected' to leave the club to join a Premier League side this month, according to claims in Belgium.
The Italian has struggled in the Championship this season scoring just once in 21 appearances and the club could be set to cash in on a potential bid.
West Ham are believed to be interested in a deal for the 20-year-old, who had previously handed in a transfer request in the summer following rejected offers from Everton. David Moyes ' side are understood to be in the market for a new forward, having already been linked with Championship duo Jack Clarke and Morgan Whittaker.
EFL72 says:"Gnonto was a hot prospect in the summer for Premier League clubs but a deal couldn't get over the line with Leeds. He clearly isn't a big part of manager Daniel Farke's plans so far this season and you'd expect that he'd be willing to see him go if the right deal can be struck."
Championship duo in loan offer for Moore
One forward in demand this month is Bournemouth's Kieffer Moore, and it's understood that both Ipswich and Sunderland have made loan offers for the Welshman. As first reported by The Athletic, both clubs have made offers that would include contributions of the forward's salary but the Cherries are yet to receive an enquiry that they deem satisfactory.
Moore has struggled for game time in the Premier League for Bournemouth so far this season making just seven substitute appearances. It's also believed that former club Cardiff would be interested in a potential deal.
EFL72 says:"It's no surprise to see Championship clubs sniffing around Moore if there is a potential deal to be had. The Welshman has bags of ability for the second tier and would be a no-brainer loan move for the majority of the division. This one may come down to wages though and could force several clubs to re-think their interest."
Stoke 'rebuffed in move' for Liverpool left-back
Stoke are in the market for a full-back this month but have reportedly seen an initial offer for Liverpool youngster Owen Beck turned down. The Athletic claim that a number of second tier clubs such as The Potters, Coventry, Hull and Millwall are interested in a loan move until the end of the season.
Everton chiefs face transfer backlash from fans after deadline day disasterScottish giants Celtic and Rangers, as well as a handful of League One sides, have expressed interest in the 22-year-old, who started out at Stoke and switched to Liverpool’s Academy as a young teenager.
EFL72 says:"Steven Schumacher has already outlined his transfer approach for this window and will know that a full-back will be top of their agenda in terms of incomings. Beck could be a useful addition but it all depends on what plans Jurgen Klopp has for him for the rest of this season."
Souttar's Leicester status 'can't continue'
Leicester defender Harry Souttar has admitted that his current first-team status "can't continue" if he is to keep his place with Australia. The 25-year-old is currently away at the Asian Cup with the Socceroos but has struggled for game time back in England under new boss Enzo Maresca.
Souttar was reportedly close to a summer switch to Rangers and his current trip away on international duty may give him a limited opportunity to find a move away from the King Power Stadium this month.
Ipswich offer for Wednesday star rejected
Sheffield Wednesday have rejected a £1m offer for midfielder Marvin Johnson. Promotion chasers Ipswich are said to have a firm interest in the 33-year-old, who has scored three times so far this season.
It is believed that the Owls would be looking for a much higher fee than the initial £1m offer, despite Johnson being out of contract in the summer.
Bolton close on striker
Bolton are closing in on a move for Blackburn striker Niall Ennis.
Bolton are looking to add more firepower to their frontline for their League One promotion bid and the 24-year-old could be willing to join them on loan for the remainder of the season.
