Love Island's Luis slammed by ex who claims he owes thousands in child support

Love Island All Stars contestant Luis Morrison's ex-girlfriend, Chloe Elizabeth, has claimed that the reality TV star owes her thousands in child support for their son, Romeo.

Series one star Luis, 29, and Chloe, 24, welcomed their son two years ago, but the mum-of-one has claimed that Luis has only seen Romeo a handful of times and also alleges he owes her thousands of pounds in child support payments. Chloe claims that Luis has been swerving the child support payment since July 2023.

Upon entering the South African villa on Monday night, Luis - who is also a father to daughter Vienna, who he shares with Love Island series one co-star ex Cally Jane Beech - said that his proudest moment in life was becoming a father. Luis said that he has changed his ways and that his kids are the most important thing in his life.

However, his ex-partner Chloe has now alleged that Luis doesn't make an effort to see their son, and has only met him a couple of times. The mum-of-one claimed that if Luis stays on the show for another week, their son would see more of his dad on TV than he ever has in real life.

Calling out Luis, Chloe told The Sun: "Luis has two kids who he rarely supports, but you can see his lifestyle online. He's on lovely holidays, drives a nice car, lives in a nice house in a nice area, wearing his designer clothes yet he hasn't given Romeo any money or support for most of his life."

The frustrated mum and social media influencer added: "It blows my mind to think if Luis appears in just ten episodes of this series, then Romeo's seen his dad more on TV than he has in person."

Chloe went on to insist that she has urged her ex-partner Luis to spend time with Romeo, but claims he doesn't make an effort to see him consistently or often. Chloe also claimed that Luis hasn't seen their son since before Christmas and failed to give the tot a present over the holidays.

Noting she's disappointed to see Luis back in the villa again, Chloe said it's "a shame" the series one islander has been given the opportunity to appear on the show once more.

Before entering the villa, Luis said that he has a great track record and hopes he can find love once again. "It was the best experience of my life. I found love in the Villa before and who knows if I can find love in there again?" he said, "I feel like it’s the best place to find different connections. I am confident I will find a connection again."

However, he insists he's a "lot older and wiser" now so is hoping it'll give him a head start. He shared: "I’m a lot older and wiser, so I know what I am getting myself into. I don’t have a game plan - I am an open book so I will go with the flow and see what happens."

The Mirror has reached out to Luis' representatives and a Love Island spokesperson for comment.
