Love Island's Toby Aromolaran on Faye Winter and Chloe Burrow romance rumours
Love Island All Stars' Toby Aromolaran is keeping his options open as he returns to the show.
The semi-professional footballer candidly opened up about a possible reunion with Chloe Burrows, who became his first ever girlfriend after meeting on the show. He also said he might even take his friendship with Faye Winter to the next villa if ITV bosses answer fans call to put in the South Africa series.
Toby and Chloe called it quits a year after reaching the final of the show in 2021, with Chloe breaking down in tears when she spoke about the split on Celebs Go Dating weeks later.
As he prepares to look for love again in the ‘legends’ villa, Toby admits it would be "awkward" if rumours Chloe was going to be flown in as a bombshell were true and he joked he won't make it any easy for his ex.

"The way it ended was not an ideal scenario. It’s one of those where I don’t think it can’t be recovered. Would it be hard to see her with someone else? It probably would be hard. She’s my first ex to get over but eventually you have to move on." He added: "When I get in awkward situations I lean into them and I find them quite funny instead of being awkward. We had a great thing. It’s one of those things where I’ll always respect her.”

Since his split with Chloe, Toby has been linked to Love Island’s Faye Winter. The pair have responded to fan speculation and insisted they are "just good friends". But Toby says if the outspoken star was to walk into the villa he would not rule out them taking their friendship to the next level.
“That’s my bestie! I love Faye to pieces but on a romantic level? I don’t think so but you know the Love Island villa is crazy," he confessed. "You could be with someone one day and that person could be a friend and four weeks down the line you could be in the final with that person and in a relationship of a week long. You can never say never. In a villa scenario you pull back the layers and develop at a speed you never would on the outside," he admitted.
Aside from Chloe and Faye, Toby says there are plenty of Love Island All Stars he’d be more than happy to pull for a chat. “There’s probably at least five people from every series. If you want to list names of past islanders I’d say ‘yes’ to half of them. Love Island has beautiful girls. And fortunately I have no type so I could go anywhere. If I had to pick one name, Jourdan Riane or Rachel Fenton. Two completely different people!” he said.
While Toby is braced for a winter of fun in the villa, he is also preparing for what awaits him when he leaves. The semi-professional footballer, who still plays for Hashtag United, was hounded by away fans after his last stint in the show and is expecting the jibes to come back stronger after his appearance in All Stars.
He said: “It wasn’t the best coming out last time and coming back to football. I still get stick now. The weekend before I left I was getting stick from the fans. Now it’s part of the daily game there will be fans that try to rattle you all the time, that’s sports fans, Twitter fans.
He continued: "Now I’ve been in the public eye long enough that I know how to deal with it. It’s kind of funny to me now and I embrace it. The whole scene is hilarious to me like what are they going to come up with next? They are already crazy. Hearing new chants is funny to me, I think how have you come up up with that!?”
