Ferne McCann on why she drinks her own breast milk as she tells fiancé to try it
Ferne McCann has set the record straight on drinking her own breast milk.
In October, the mum-of-two, 33, surprised Steph’s Packed Lunch viewers when she appeared on the show to talk about her six-month-old daughter Finty and revealed she’d . Ferne - who is also a doting mum to six-year-old Sunday, who she shares with her ex Arthur Collins - said her breast milk was like “liquid gold”.
Now the reality star has elaborated on her comments and even confirmed she’s been pestering to sample the goods. “People are like, ‘Ergh!’ But if it’s good enough for my baby… I would like to froth up some breastmilk and put it into Lorri’s morning coffee,” Ferne quipped in a new interview.

Speaking on Steph’s Packed Lunch in the autumn about trying her own breast milk, Ferne shared: "It's like liquid gold. I've come up with all sorts of ideas. I was like, ‘Could you make breast milk into ice cream?' And then it got me thinking, ‘I actually want to see how well it froths up’, because Lorri loves his macchiato and he's very particular, so imagine if it froths so I could slip a little bit into his morning coffee."

She also hailed the benefits of breast milk, revealing she was told by nurses to use it as a first aid remedy. "Finty, when she was born, had a little bit of weeping eye, and the community midwives are like, 'Put a little bit of breast milk on’," the model explained. "If Lorri had a blister I would suggest squeezing a little bit onto the blister, it'd be healed in moments."
Last month, Ferne told Mirror Online that Lorri was “a total bachelor” before the couple got together and settled down. They began dating in 2021 before getting engaged in 2022 and welcoming daughter Finty last year. As the family prepared to enjoy Christmas, Ferne shared how he previously dismissed Christmas traditions and one year chose to have his turkey dinner in an airport ahead of jet setting on holiday.
"I mean Lorri was such a bachelor before I met him. On one Day he flew abroad and had his in the airport,” Ferne began, adding: "I was like, I don't think that's a tradition. But yeah, he was just living his best bachelor life until he met me and we've blended our families. So we won't be doing that!”
