Katie Price unveils new lips as ex Carl Woods sparks fears with 'health decline'
Katie Price has proudly shown off the results of her latest cosmetic adventure as her ex Carl Woods sparks concern with his latest online update.
The 45-year-old mum-of-five is well known for her love of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures - having undergone at least 16 boob jobs, had fillers added to her lips and face, fat sucked from her body via liposuction, and more.
Now the star has had new work done to her face and her bottom as she starts her year with a refreshed look. Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Katie pouted for the camera - with her new 'butterfly' lips proving impossible to miss.
The butterfly lip trend is described by cosmeticconnection as: "Butterfly lips are a new trend in lip fillers. Named because of the shape that is similar to butterfly wings, the butterfly lip filler technique draws on principles of the Russian lip technique.
It involves vertical injections of lip filler to add height to the lips and define the Cupid’s Bow in the same way as Russian lips. After the filler has been injected, the lips are strip-taped, with the goal of preventing filler migration, and allowing the filler to settle in position giving the lips high-definition."

She said: “I absolutely love my new lips that Ellie’s done. And she’s put some more filler in my ass. So now I’ve got a peachy ass!” She then winked and puckered up to send a kiss to the camera.
A following Instagram Story video showed her buttocks being energetically wiggled by a pair of hands covered by protective medical gloves while the Nicki Minaj song I’m Legit played over the footage. And a further clip showed off Katie’s buttocks from a different angle as she proudly showed off her latest surgical procedure.
The latest plump and lift update comes less than three months after she last had injections in her bottom to make it look more pert. Back in October, the reality star gushed over the results of a bum lift, declaring online: “So I’ve now finished the bum. Look at that. I can even feel it jiggling. I love it, I might be able to twerk now.”
And recommending the process to others, she added: “I can’t believe that procedure did not hurt. I know when I look back it, it’s going to look brutal. But the point is, it doesn’t hurt. You don’t have to go away abroad, you don’t have to be put to sleep, everyone knows I hate needles which is why I get put to sleep for as many procedures as I can.
“I don’t want to feel pain, nothing. And this? Genuinely? I could not feel it. I wish I could be put to sleep to do my lips. But this doesn’t hurt. I know it’s going to look brutal. And I’ve got a bum. Didn’t have to fly anywhere. It’s amazing! I can’t believe it didn’t hurt.”

Back in 2021, the star had botched surgery on her face and body that left her so badly deformed she had to hide herself away from her children so as not to terrify them.
She revealed at the time: "Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific – 'Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie.' I just thought, ‘This is it, I’m going to die.' I was terrified of looking like a freak, like that Bride of Wildenstein [Jocelyn Wildenstein] or a fake doll.
“I’ve woken up with holes and stitches all over my body. I look like I’ve got cat’s whiskers coming out of my nose and eyes. But I just want the old Katie back!” She also explained how she worried about her kids seeing her in such a state and described her post surgery wounds as being "like watching a piece of meat being carved up”.
Katie’s latest update comes as her on-off fiancé Carl Woods alarmed fans by sharing an Instagram post of his own. The one-time Love Island star has been updating fans from a luxury holiday in Thailand where he has been sharing snapshots from inside bars and clubs.
But a written announcement on Wednesday declared: “Carl’s Instagram is now in good hands, it is now NO longer in his hands due to his decline in mental health. It is under the control of a true friend from years ago. Please understand in this difficult time. Thank you.”

The update left fans alarmed, with one writing in response: “How do we know his page hasn’t been took over by someone else who’s just posting this and that about him.” However, others were glad to hear Carl had support around him.
One thankful fan noted: “Whoever you’s re looking after his account.. Thank you for being a true friend you restored some faith in humanity… keep being you and hopefully Carl will pick up soon.. rooting for you.” And another wrote: "I hope Carl is OK."
While another fan noted there is often a big difference between Instagram and reality, writing: “Just because he’s on holiday and has been seen smiling it doesn’t mean he’s not struggling with his mental health, we show what we want people to see.”
