Margot Robbie led the red carpet glam as an array of Hollywood stars stepped out to the 14th Annual Governors Awards.

The Barbie star was joined at the event by several of the biggest names in the business as they celebrated another successful year in movie making. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honoured Angela Bassett, Mel Brooke, Carol Littleton and Michelle Satter on Tuesday night.

Margot, 33, looked incredible in an elegant black floor length gown which clung to her svelte frame. The dress featured sparkling crystal straps and cut-out detailing to the chest.

She accessorised with 1950's diamond and platinum waterfall earrings from Fred Leighton and added sparkling diamond rings by KWIAT to her fingers Margot wore her long trademark blonde hair down in a sleek straight style and kept her makeup understated for the evening out.

Oppenheimer star Florence Pugh opted for bombshell blonde hair pinned in a retro style as she embodied effortless glamour with her look. She wore pink sequinned dress with on-trend peplum as she dazzled the waiting photographers with her classic look.

The 28-year-old was joined in the sparkles department by Emma Stone, 35, who wore a unique co-ordinated pink sequin midi-skirt and off the shoulder top. Emma teamed her outfit with nude court shoes with metallic toe points and kept her hair tied back off her face.

Ferrari Star Penelope Cruz, 49, wore a dazzling white tiered dress with an embroidered bodice as she walked the carpet at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles. She was sporting a sleek and volumised shoulder length bob with her accessories kept to a minimum with a pair of glittering diamond earrings.

Meanwhile Bradley cooper, 49, and his Maestro co-star Carey Mulligan, 38, posed together on the red carpet with Bradley looking dashing in a navy blue suit as he coolly posed with one hand in his pocket and the other placed around her waist. Carey, 38, opted for a simplistic style in a black satin gown with a white off the shoulder trim and detailed neckline.

Carey also sported a blonde bob for the evening out Hollywood style and added a dash of red lipstick and simple diamond earrings to complete the look. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored Black Panther star Angela Bassett, as well as Mel Brooks, Carol Littleton and Michelle Satter on the night. The Governors Awards is held annually and celebrates awards conferred by the Academy's Board of Governors.

Natalie Portman, 42, made an appearance for her current movie May December and opted for a classic all-black style. Wearing a halterneck gown with a cut out to the chest she wore her long dark hair down in a tousled style. Natalie also wore diamond earrings and red lipstick, and held a small black clutch bag to further compliment the look.

Golden Globes Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor duo Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr. who were recognised for their work on the epic three-hour movie Oppenheimer posed together on the carpet. Robert, 58, opted for a slick grey tuxedo and bow tie. Irish actor Cillian, 47, wore a snazzy pinstripe with a red handkerchief in his pocket to add a dash of colour to the look. Both actors are hotly tipped to go on and win big at The Oscars when awards season draws to a close in March.

Leonardo DiCaprio, 49, and his Golden Globe winning Killers Of The Flower Moon co-star Lily Gladstone, 37, also posed together with Leo opting for a simple suit and open-collar white shirt. Lily meanwhile wore an embellished blazer teamed with a black satin embroidered puffy skirt and wore her hair down sleek and straight adding chevron earrings to the look.
