Known for her encyclopedic knowledge, her quick wit, and her no-nonsense attitude, The Chase's Anne Hegerty knows pretty much every trivia and logic question possible - but there's one question that stumped even her.

Questions on ITV's The Chase sees contestants battling a professional quizzer, known as a "chaser" in order to win money. But in true gameshow style, the questions are never straightforward, and the chaser, most of the time, will easily guess the correct answer.

However there are certain questions even the brainiest of people can't answer, and during her stint on ITV's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, chaser Anne was asked by her campmates what the hardest question she'd been given was.

The professional quizzer revealed there was one question she'd never forget - and it was football-related. But do you think you'd be able to answer it, and for once manage to beat the chaser? She revealed she struggled whenever she was "asked about football". She said: "Actually, there's a nice fact I came across." The question was "Which Football League club failed to win a League game during one Pope's term in office?"

So do you think your football knowledge is up to scratch and better than Anne's? If so, you could be in with a chance of beating her. But luckily for Anne, she was given the answer - and it seemed as if she remembered the question and answer just in case she was ever asked the question again.

"Birmingham City is the only football club - it's either to have not scored or won a game, I'll have to check that - during the entire reign of a Pope," she recalled, and added: "While Pope John Paul I was on the throne, which was a 30-day period, they didn't win a game. Bonkers."

If you enjoy puzzles and brainteasers, why not give this tricky question a go and test your logic? It's the "hardest ever" question on the popular gameshow The 1% Club which stumped contestants - but do you think you could answer it?

The question was: "Edna's birthday is on the 6th of April and Jen's birthday falls on the 15th of October, therefore Amir's birthday must be the '?' of January."
