Donald Trump MAGA hats go on sale for nearly £200,000 as he launches 2024 bid
An official collection of 94 different MAGA hats from former President Donald Trump’s bids for the White House has been listed online.
For sale at an eye-watering £197,949.25, or around $250,000, the Make America Great Again hats are available to purchase for anyone willing to part with the staggering sum. A bidding option is also available for buyers who deem the six-figure price tag too steep.
Coming in a range of colours and emblazoned with catch-phrases from the 45th president’s controversial campaign, the sale comes as Trump ramps up his efforts to once again become head of state. The collection features almost 100 different styles from “Farmers for Trump” to “Cops for Trump.”
Other styles include “women for Trump,” “MAGA mama,” “space force” and even some festive Christmas, Halloween and St. Patrick's Day offerings.

A collection of 94 MAGA hats has been listed online for almost £200,000 (mediadrumimages/Ebay)The listing also includes caps from Trump’s current bid for the White House, such as “Keep America Great” and “Don’t blame me I voted for trump.” Each hat is described as “authentic” but the seller warns some may show signs of use.
It reads: “Full and Complete Donald J. Trump MAGA/ Make America Great Again Hat Collection Cali Fame. All these hats are authentic and directly licensed and sold by the Donald J Trump presidential campaigns 2015-2024.
“Over the course of my collecting days I have accumulated 94 different styles of campaign-licensed MAGA hats/caps.”
This comes as Trump was hit with criticism for callously telling families to “get over” a recent school shooting. Speaking at an Iowa campaign rally just 36 hours after the shooting took place, Trump’s thoughtless remarks saw the 2024 presidential hopeful receive a barrage of criticism.
“It’s just horrible – so surprising to see it here. But we have to get over it. We have to move forward,” Trump said at the rally.

Responding to Trump’s comments, Democratic Super Pac American Bridge, said: “We knew Trump lacked empathy for others, but no one thought he could go this low and tell Iowans to simply ‘get over it’ as they grieve from a situation communities across the country know all too well.
“This is beyond the pale, even for Trump.”
Trump is once again hoping to shake-up American politics this year, with the business mogul leading the race to become the Republican nominee, despite a slew of legal battles connected to his time in office. Hoping to oust Joe Biden from the Oval Office, the 77-year-old has already begun his presidential campaign, with the election set to take place in November this year.
