Doctor terrifies followers after showing what could be inside your belly button
Are you cleaning all the areas of your body when you have a shower or are you missing parts out hoping the water that runs over your body will do the job?
Well according to one doctor, cleaning your belly button has to be a little more of an active job than that or you are going to end up with a nasty surprise growing in your belly button. The expert said “tons of debris” could build up in your belly button if you aren’t deep cleaning it regularly.
A recent short video, Dr Sermed Mezher shared with his followers left them “feeling sick,” after finding out what could be in their belly buttons if they aren’t washed properly. In the video, he showed viewers horrifying pictures of the consequences of not cleaning their tummy.

Speaking to his followers he said, "Have you ever intentionally cleaned your belly button? If not, this could be you. You see, most of us just do a cursory clean with our finger in the shower, and maybe take a bit of fluff out."

If you like watching this type of thing and it seems the doctor does, he said it’s "very satisfying to remove" the gunk but added that "knowing it's in there is pretty grim."
Discussing the general nature of a belly button the doctor said, "Generally, they don't really cause many problems. But if you leave them for a while, they can actually start to smell pretty bad.
"They may also cause navel irritation and sometimes even a little bit of an infection in the area. And supposing this is the case, it can actually start to some pus surrounding the area there."
The doctor said that people should start “intentionally cleaning” their belly buttons and he recommended using a cotton bud.
Viewers were left nauseated by the clip, with one user writing "Good thing I clean mine." Another added "I remember when I discovered some in my belly button.” Whilst a third commented, "Doubt there would be one in mine."
Meanwhile, a fourth lost for words, simply said, "Wild" and another person who has been implementing the advice the doctor gave for a while now said, "I have a super deep belly button and have cut it with my nail a few times, so clean with a cotton bud regularly."
