Masked Singer UK's Bigfoot 'rumbled' as fans convinced it's Hollywood actor
Bigfoot's identity has been solved by viewers as they are convinced it's a Hollywood actor.
The Masked Singer UK returned over the weekend with a whole new host of masked celebrities. They have been battling it out to stay in the singing competition and not be unmasked. On Saturday night, panellists Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan, and guest judge Charlie Simpson returned to screens.
They welcomed to the stage Cricket, Weather, Marypole, Bigfoot, Egg and Rat. Also taking part are Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Piranha, Eiffel Tower and Chicken Caesar. Fans are now convinced a clue on the show has revealed Bigfoot's identity already. Viewers took to social media where they claimed to have recognised the star.
One of the clues on Saturday's show was a reference to the sitcom Episodes. The show follows a British husband-and-wife comedy writing team who travel to Hollywood to remake their successful TV series, with unexpected results. Stars of the show include Friends' Matt LeBlanc and Stephen Mangan.
Viewers shared their predictions as one said: "Is Big Foot, Matt LeBlanc?" Another added: "BIGFOOT Is In Top Gear Tonight @MaskedSingerUK Matt LeBlanc #friends." Someone else commented: "I think Big Foot could be Stephen Mangan as he was in the series called Episodes with Matt Le Blanc!" A fourth wrote: "Big Foot - Matt Le Blanc. Weather - Dione Warwick. Rat. Naga Manchetty. Easy this year."
Three new celebrities are set to join The Masked Singer panel this weekendWhile one fan quipped: "Matt Le Blanc seems too obvious…" Bigfoot dropped a series of clues about their mystery true identity before performing. Clues included mentions of nature, camping and the woods, as well as the person being clumsy and always putting their foot in it - while the panel thought it could be a comedian.
Some viewers didn't think Bigfoot was Matt LeBlanc as they predicted it could be The Last Leg's Alex Brooker. One viewer commented: "Big foot is Alex Brooker?" Another said: "Sounds like Alex from the Last Leg!! I hope it is, he's great." A third added: "Alex Brooker," while a fourth said: "Is Bigfoot Alex Brooker? He mentioned “Hills” and there's a broken foot and it definitely sounds like him…"
Six celebrities took to the stage over the weekend to show off their singing talents. Weather was the first to be unmasked as fans were left stunned as it was revealed to be Dionne Warwick. Dionne admitted she wasn't surprised her distinctive voice saw her leave the show first after she performed Jimmy Cliff’s 1972 hit I Can See Clearly Now.
“I said, ‘I can’t disguise my voice. The minute I open my mouth, I’m gone!’ That’s been my blessing and I never want to disguise it. So, the minute I opened my mouth, everybody sussed it out," Dionne said. The next episode will see Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Piranha, Eiffel Tower, and Chicken Caesar all competing.
