Scarlett Moffatt has amassed a fortune through her company, and is ending 2023 with more than £1.1 in the bank.

The former Gogglebox star has built an incredible TV career since breaking out on the Channel 4 TV-watching show with her family. And now, new figures show that Scarlett has earned on average a staggering £10,000 per week over the last two years.

County Durham-based Scarlett, 33, set up Northern Unicorn Productions Ltd in January 2017 to handle her earnings from her various jobs and commercial endeavours. The company's new reports, filed this week, show that on March 31, 2023, she had £1.1 million in cash.

The new mum, who gave birth to son Jude in June, appeared on I'm A Celebrity in 2016 and went on to be crowned Queen Of The Jungle. She then fronted Extra Camp, the ITV show's spin-off, as well as guest presenting on This Morning. Impressed by her down-to-earth presenting style, fellow North East natives Ant and Dec invited the star to host Saturday Night Takeaway, furthering her career even more.

At the time, she gushed: "I've watched Saturday Night Takeaway with my family for as long as I can remember, I'm such a huge fan. So to be part of one of the biggest entertainment shows out there, with two of my all-time TV heroes Ant and Dec, is an absolute dream."

Scarlett said she was so proud to work with Ant and Dec, she even slept next to a photo of the three of them together. She once said: "It's a picture of me as Mary Poppins. It even beats me in the jungle, like the highlight of my working life. To do the Saturday Night Takeaway finale [2017] in Disney World, honestly, was my dream. So every morning when I wake up and see that photo, I'm like, 'I'm living my dream'."

She's also turned her hand to documentaries, with Channel 4's The British Tribe Next Door, as well as a look into Tourette's syndrome on Britain's Tourette's Mystery: Scarlett Moffatt Investigates, and a programme about how she failed 13 driving tests.

As well as her commercial affiliations through her massive 2.5 million strong Instagram following, it's not hard to see how she has built up wealth through hard work. Despite her setbacks, including a scandal around a fitness DVD, that saw her later admit she had extra help with dropping four stone, as well as cancelled series Streetmate, Scarlett has picked herself back up.

Scarlett, and baby dad and boyfriend Scott Dobinson, also have a podcast together where they discuss conspiracy theories. Promoting the podcast on Loose Women, Scarlett admitted that she thinks she was abducted by aliens as a child.

Talking about Scarlett Moffatt Wants To Believe, she said she saw a beam of light come into her bedroom when she was ten years old, before having a dream about aliens. She said: "I think they wanted us to think it was a dream, Scott seems to think that it was just a car headlight, and it probably was just a dream."
