North West wore dad Kanye West's Met Gala jacket to Kardashian Xmas party
North West is following in her father's footsteps with her latest fashion statement.
The 10-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West donned her dad's archival jacket for the annual Kardashian family Christmas Eve party on Tuesday. Kim shared a photo of her and her children on the night, highlighting her eldest's outfit choice.
"You know North went through the archives to pick her dad's Balmain Met jacket," she wrote along with an acronym for "if you know you know."
The photo showed North with her back to the camera as she showed off the sparkly oversized jacket that her father wore to the 2016 Met Gala. The theme for that year was Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology.

He paired the look with a white shirt underneath the jacket, ripped blue jeans, and tan leather boots. The couple married in 2014 in Italy, divorced in 2022, and share four children.
North paired the outfit with matching bell-bottom light blue pants which covered what seemed to be grey heels. The eldest Kardashian-West child showed her profile to the camera and was all smiles as her hair cascaded down her back.
Her siblings stood next to her, almost in a line with one in front of the other. Saint, eight, stood at the back rocking frosted tips with his chin up to make sure he was seen.
In front of Saint was Chicago, five, who had her hair up in two buns and wore a light blue outfit. Part of her face was shielded by her younger brother, Psalm, four, who stood in front of her.

Kim stood next to her three youngest children wearing a soft-looking grey strapless Mugler dress. The vintage dress had overflowing furry waves over the bust and down the dress from her left hip.
She paired the look with a nude lip colour, her long hair pulled back, and a series of silver necklaces. Kim posted more snaps from the holiday bash on her Instagram, simply captioning it: "Christmas 2023."
