Coronation Street spoilers reveal character faces death in New Year tragedy
Coronation Street airs possibly tragedy next month as one character faces death on the ITV soap.
Aadi Alahan is left unconscious and fighting for his life in a worrying incident at his flat, and despite someone finding him they don't realise the danger he is in. It's not been confirmed whether Aadi survives and his found in time, but he faces grave peril.
It's been revealed in spoilers that Aadi will suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning, unaware of the leak in his flat. His carbon monoxide alarm is shown to be broken on the side, so the poisonous gas is undetected and Aadi receives no warning.
After a row with sister Asha and a moment of passion with her girlfriend Nina Lucas, Aadi heads to his flat alone to get away from the drama. But as he falls asleep on the sofa, he has no idea of the danger he is in and soon he falls unconscious.
Asha is furious with her twin brother over the kiss with Nina and heads to his flat. But as she lays into him, she appears to not notice that he is in fact unconscious.

The character storms in and tells him that she never wants to see him again, before heading straight back out again. But will someone find Aadi in time?
Corrie spoilers for January confirm one resident could be killed off in a sad twist (ITV)It comes as another possible affair was predicted by fans, amid the Nina and Aadi drama. On Christmas Day's episode, Tracy Barlow was left stressed out after learning she had to cook for more family members than she had initially planned for and after Ken Barlow insisted it was an alcohol-free meal, Tracy escaped to the flower shop where she ended up drinking Mary's present, which was a bottle of wine.
However, within seconds of being in the shop, Tracy was disturbed by Tommy Orpington, who needed a last minute gift. After making him pay through the roof for a plant, Tommy agreed but only if Tracy would use his decorating services in the future. Viewers will recall that fictional footballer Tommy has made several stints on the cobbles over the years and the local Weatherfield celebrity is returning for a longer storyline after a series of failed businesses and his wife leaving him.
Taking to Twitter, now X, soap watchers are convinced Tracy and Tommy are heading for an affair storyline, especially as Tracy and husband Steve McDonald argued on Christmas Day. One person said: "Tracy and Tommy Orpington!! It looks like the start of something here then. #Corrie" with eyes emojis, a different account put: "First look at Tommy Orpington back on the cobbles look like an affair storyline for ar Tracy Barlow #Corrie" while another added: "Wonder if Tommy Orpington and Tracy will get together?"
