Danny Masterson's mugshot has now been released as he begins his 30-year prison sentence.

The former That 70s Show actor was found guilty of sexually assaulting two women around 20 years ago. He was sentenced in September after being convicted last May. In the mugshot, the disgraced actor sports a wild beard and moustache with messy curls on top of his head, showing no emotion in the unflattering photo.

This is the first mugshot released by the California Department of Corrections since his conviction. Masterson was reportedly moved to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California earlier this week.

This is the same prison where rapper Tory Lanez is serving his 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. Before his transfer, the actor was held at the Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail.

Masterson was first arrested and charged with three counts of rape in 2020 from three different women. There was a mistrial in 2022, but judges reheard the case a year later. The jury was unable to reach a unanimous decision on one of the charges, leading that one count to be dropped.

Masterson's legal team tried to have the charges dismissed but Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo rejected this. When the judge handed down the verdict, she said: "Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here. Your actions 20 years ago took away another person's choice and voice. Your actions 20 years ago today were criminal, and that's why you are here."

During the trial, Masterson's wife Bijou Phillips stayed by her husband's side. The two were even pictured leaving and entering the courtroom together.

After Masterson was sentenced, however, Bijou filed for divorce. The 43-year-old now has full custody of Fianna, the couple's nine year old child, which Masterson signed over freely.

Bijou reportedly had believed her husband was innocent at one point. She was one of many who wrote a letter of support to the judge calling Masterson an "amazing father."

His That 70s Show co-stars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher came under fire as their letters of support for a lenient sentence became public. Ashton's letter called the convicted rapist a "role model" and shared he was "kind and courteous."

The married couple posted a video where they defended themselves for writing their letters. Ashton later resigned from the Chairman of the Board of an anti-child-sex-abuse charity.
