Piers Morgan worries fans as he shares family Christmas snap without wife
Piers Morgan's worried fans as his wife was nowhere to be seen in family snap from Christmas celebrations.
The 58-year-old presenter took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) account on Christmas day to post a picture of him standing with his four children Spencer, Stanley, Albert and Elise. However, his wife Celia Walden wasn't present for the snap taken in the living room.
"Merry Christmas from the Morgan squad!" he tweeted. Many fans simply wished him a merry Christmas but some were curious to know why Celia wasn't in the picture. "No wife in the picture lol I wonder why," one fan commented while one user posted: "Merry Christmas? Is Celia taking the picture? Camera is up high!!!!"
Addressing her absence, Piers told one user: "Sick in bed, sadly."

Together, Piers and Marion welcomed three sons before their union collapsed; with 30-year-old Spencer, 26-year-old Stanley and 23-year-old Albert being the products of that marriage.

After marrying Celia, Piers became a father again welcoming a daughter named Elise who arrived in November 2011. While Piers’s two eldest sons have tiptoed into the spotlight behind him - with Spencer becoming something of an online influencer and Stanley carving out a career as an actor - Albert and Elise have stayed largely out of the limelight.
Every single year, fans target the TalkTV star about his likeness to a character from Home Alone 2: Lost In New York. The 1992 family comedy sees Macaulay Culkin, 43, reprise his role as Kevin McCallister - getting separated from his family during the Christmas season and surviving in New York City until they are returned.
The film co-stars 78-year-old Irish actress Brenda Fricker who plays the Pigeon Lady - who helps Kevin escape from criminals who are out to get him. But in the years since the film was released, fans have noticed a striking resemblance between Piers and Brenda.
As the festive season got underway in 2023, Piers was bombarded with comments online - and he was quick to try to preempt a viral moment. Sharing a screenshot of Brenda in character as the Pigeon Lady via X/ Twitter, Piers wrote: "It's. Not. Me." adding two angry emojis. But his comments only served to rile up social media fans who took fresh aim at him.
