Oasis set to reunite as brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher 'closer than ever'
Oasis could be about to reunite, according to insiders.
Both Liam, 51, and Noel, 56, have been caught up in a war of words since Oasis disbanded in 2009. But it appears that the Gallagher family argument could be coming to an end. Sources claim that Noel's recent divorce from Sara MacDonald could have played a part in the brothers coming together once again.
The pair divorced last month after being together for over two decades but agreed to remain amicable for the sake of their children. It's also claimed that Liam was never a big fan of Sara who had previously been cited as the reason the Manchester mega-group called it quits.

There were many reasons for the bitter feud that erupted between Noel and Liam after Oasis split up," a source said. They went on to tell the Daily Star : "It was never going to be easy for any woman caught up in the middle of this spat to have to deal with Liam. But Sara and Liam both blamed one another, often for things that were sparked by outside factors.
"[The divorce] made Liam and Noel confront some of the issues that they were constantly clashing over. The pair of them are now closer than they have been for years. I wouldn’t rule out some kind of announcement that Liam and Noel are ready to perform together again after that. There is already loose talk about a possible Oasis stadium tour in 2025."

However, this isn't the only sign that the Gallagher family could be coming together once more. In recent years, Anais, the daughter of Noel and her cousins Lennon and Gene have been at loggerheads, just like their famous dads. But earlier this month, the relatives all joined forces with one another.
As stars from across the world flocked to Manchester for the annual Chanel Métiers d’Art fashion show, the Gallagher clan were also on hand in the city where their fathers grew up. The cousins, despite not getting along on social media all posed together with Manchester City ace Rúben Dias at Manchester's Victoria Baths. Anias, Gene and Lennon looked overjoyed as they all smiled for the camera alongside Dias at the glitzy Chanel afterparty.
The snap marked the first time the relatives have been pictured together in several years after Gene claimed his cousin looked like her dad "in a wig". Just days later, Lennon also took aim at the aspiring photographer after she posted on X, formerly known as Twitter about wanting a boyfriend.
In 2017, Anais tweeted: "I need love today. I'm feeling super fragile and basically need a boyfriend. But keep reminding myself I'm too embarrassing to get one!" Lennon hit back: "Really?" But this isn't all, Gene lashed out at his cousin who attended a London Fashion Week event that he branded a "celebrity-driven, posh rubbernecking, kids culture club."
But, Liam is extremely busy having just announced plans with Stone Roses legend John Squire. Although they've announced a single, there will be more music from the duo and there might even be a show or two.
