'I'm a traveller and there's six Christmas traditions I never allow in my home'
Every family has their own special Christmas traditions that make the festive season special - but one woman has shared the things she would never allow in her home over Christmas.
Suzy, a traveller, gave an insight into what her Christmas is like at home, as well as revealing the six things that are a huge no-go for her at Christmas. From leftover food to decorations in her kitchen and festive bedding, Suzy has a strong opinion on Christmas traditions that some people will happily partake in and also stated that certain decorations drive her "insane" when she sees them.
"Things I don't do at Christmas, and it's just my personal opinion, so if you do them, you know, it's up to you," she claimed in a recent video. She then voiced her opinion on Christmas decorations on the ceiling. "Christmas decorations on the ceiling. Don't like it. It drives me insane. I tried it last year and, oh, my god, my brain was all over the shop. I can't stick it.
Other decorations she can't stand are stickers on windows and fake snow. She stated: "Window stickers. I can't stick them. Honestly, I can't. I hate them. I really, really hate window stickers. Especially the jelly ones," and declared: "Fake snow. I don't allow fake snow in my home. We tried fake snow last year and it was a nightmare. Nightmare to get off the windows, all over the windowsill. Never again."
"Christmas bedding. This looks lovely in other people's homes. I can't bear it. I don't know why. I just never felt the need to do it. But it's lovely if you wanna decorate, you know, your kid's room for Christmas, but it's just not something I do," she added. And when it comes to decorations in the kitchen, she admitted she wouldn't be able to deal and explained: "Christmas decorations in a kitchen. Now, I see loads of people on here and they've got the most beautiful Christmas decorations, their kitchens are decorated from top to bottom, and it looks beautiful. But for me and my brain, I just wouldn't be able to deal with stuff everywhere.

Suzy then said: "I don't know why, I just have a weird thing about my kitchen. I like it set out a certain way with certain things, and I couldn't have all this crazy Christmas all through the kitchen. I just couldn't hack it. I don't know why. I think I have a problem."
Other pet peeves Suzy has is leftover food. She admits she can't stand the food "lying about" and said it "stinks" so they have got to go in the bin. She jibed: "I can't have leftovers the next day. Are you finished? Yeah. Okay. Bin it. Especially the vegetables. The vegetables absolutely stink."
However, it seems as if others agree with Suzy's opinions, as one TikToker shared: "Tinsel for me I can't stand it," while another added: "Hate anything with glitter on."
