Mark Wahlberg has opened up about how he really feels about his daughters' dating.

The Hollywood favourite has given extraordinary insight into what he's like when it comes to his girls' romances. The Transformers star said he's pretty relaxed when it comes to the love lives of his two daughters. Max Payne star Mark opened up to Fox News about just how he handles his kids' personal lives behind closed doors.

Mark, 52, said: "It depends. I'm usually pretty cool." Mark spoke out at the Las Vegas premiere of The Family Plan. The Daddy's Home star said: "I think after the first go-around with my oldest, I realized it is what it is... it's inevitable."

The actor shares daughter Ella, 20, and Grace, 13, and sons Michael, 17, and Brendan, 15, with his wife Rhea Durham, 45. Mark has admitted leaving Hollywood behind has been a breath of fresh air for his family.

He uprooted his family from the celebrity hotspot and moved to Las Vegas. He has said it has left his family "thriving" as he praised his new surroundings and refuses to look back.

He first revealed his clan was leaving Hollywood for Sin City in October last year as they moved on from this luxurious $90 million pad in search of a better life.

Speaking to E! News, he said: "They love Vegas. I spent lots of time in Los Angeles pursuing my interests and my career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs." He went on to reveal: "Everybody is thriving there. It’s been great."

He added: "I’ve seen quite a few shows and been to lots of great restaurants. There’s so much to do in Vegas and it’s so exciting."

Meanwhile Mark has shared his advice for leading a "healthy lifestyle," while discussing his own routine and approach to exercise which has undergone a change in recent years. The actor attracted attention over his 'strict' typical daily schedule a few years ago.

It included being scheduled to work out twice a day. Mark spoke to Fox News Digital about his routine recently and is said to have provided his tips for people who want to lead "a healthy lifestyle".

He commented: "Eat right, exercise and rest." He then added that you have to "find balance". He continued by dismissing the idea of living a "boot camp type existence". Mark added that you want to be able to "have fun" and "reward yourself" for hard work. He then went on to further discuss celebrating achievements in life.

The actor said he thinks everyone wants to "celebrate their accomplishments". He added that you then "get up the next day" and "get after it," with him telling the outlet that finding a "nice balance" and a "routine" for yourself to "key".
