Have a wonderful Christmas." A third shared: "We love you Mosti ! Ever so kind. Can’t wait to see you again next year". Another wrote: "You are such an inspiration. Have a wonderful and relaxing Christmas".

It's been a tricky year for Motsi as she's been forced to hit back at claims from her ex after he filed for legal action after she called him 'controlling' and made a series of damning allegations in her autobiography. Timo Kulczak is suing the former professional dancer and judge after comments made in Motsi's 2022 memoir Finding My Own Rhythm. In her book she claimed that her former husband stopped her from having a baby, she also said that during their 11-year marriage Timo paid her an allowance from the money she earned for her TV appearances and teaching and she alleged that he refused to let her open her own dance school.

Timo and Motsi married when the Strictly judge was just 22 before she called an end to their marriage back in 2014 after 11 years. In November last year, Timo hit back at Motsi's claims and accused her of fabricating the story in order to 'push book sales'. Reports from The Sun have reported that Timo and his lawyer are allegedly asking the court to jail the TV judge for up to six months or fine her £250,000 if she were to repeat her previously made claims.

Speaking to the Mail Online, Motsi's spokesperson said: "No such written court order exists - it is categorically untrue that our client faces imprisonment with regards to her former husband's civil lawsuit, or that a fine, which would only be payable if our client culpably violates a court order, would be more than a nominal amount. There is no legal basis for this lawsuit. To reiterate, our client reserves all rights in this matter."
