Charlie Woods has shown he is a chip off the old block by recreating one of the most iconic shots of his dad, Tiger's, career. On the final day of the PNC Championship, the younger Woods showed off the same grit that made his old man the greatest golfer of all time.

With his ball outside the green in the ninth hole, the 14-year-old chipped his ball into the green. The ball then slowly and smoothly made its way to the hole.

It was hard not to think back to possibly the most iconic shot of Tiger's own career. At the Masters at Augusta in 2005, on championship Sunday, he pulled off a remarkable chip shot on his way to victory.

Adding some nostalgia with his own stunning chip shot 17 years later, Charlie pointed to the sky and repeatedly began pumping his fist in excitement, shouting "Come on" as he made his way around the green when the ball dropped into the hole. Tiger beamed from ear to ear and clapped with pride as his son celebrated his incredible shot.

After Charlie picked up his ball, he gave the crowd one more fist pump for good measure before walking over to his father and giving him a high five. As per usual, Tiger wore his signature red shirt, as it was the final day of the competition, while Charlie wore a purple jumper for his attire.

Despite Charlie's impressive shot, Team Woods finished the competition tied for fifth place, with Teams Lehman, Cink, Kuchar and Daly at -19. Heading into Sunday's action, the Woods were tied for 11th place and their strong showing on the final day helped them reach a more respectable final position.

Team Langer, comprised of Bernhard and Jason, won outright with a score of -25. Still, despite the less-than-desirable outcome for Team Woods, it appears that the two shared many memorable moments including after one particularly impressive flop shot.

"The ending on that right there, that was nasty. F****** nasty," the elder Woods said before slowly clapping and expressing his delight with seeing his son hit a good shot. Tiger constantly applauding his son and showing Charlie positive reinforcement is just how the golf legend is approaching raising his son as a professional golfer.

"Tiger loves spending time with Charlie on the golf course, but he has a completely different vibe than Earl had while working with him," a source told PEOPLE regarding how Tiger teaches Charlie. "They're all smiles. Tiger is definitely teaching him the right techniques, but there's not the intensity that Earl had with him. It's a total bonding situation. Tiger can get goofy and funny with Charlie. It's not 'all work and no play' like Earl could sometimes get."

As a whole, it appeared as if the Woods family enjoyed their time at the PNC Championship. Sam Woods -Tiger's daughter, and Charlie's older sister - caddied for her father Saturday, with the two constantly sharing smiles throughout the day.

With Tiger working his way back into game shape after missing more than half the year recovering from ankle surgery, spending time with his family is surely an inspiration for him to get back to where he was in the past.

And as Charlie becomes a formidable golfer in his own right, moments such as these are ones the Woods family will look back on and cherish.
