Viewers of I'm A Celebrity have accused presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly of faking a scene on the show in the wake of Sam Thompson being crowned this year's King of the Jungle.

The Made In Chelsea star saw off Tony Bellew and Nigel Farage on Sunday before the trio were reunited with their loved ones and fellow cast members on the ITV programme's Coming Out Show. There, Ant and Dec revealed who they had predicted to win the competition when it began in November - a tradition the duo have carried out since the show was in its infancy.

Opening their sealed envelopes, which contained a list of their forecasted top threes, the Geordie duo giggled in excitement before proudly declaring they both had in fact guessed Sam would emerge victorious. Crew members could be heard cheering in response, but after the hosts went live on Instagram, fans labelled the show a "fix" after spotting notes on an envelope that suggested they didn't choose Sam at all.

Both Ant and Dec seemingly had This Morning star Josie Gibson as the winner, with the former completing his top three with Sam and EastEnders' Danielle Harold. Sam didn't even feature in Dec's list at all, meanwhile, as the remainder of his top three appeared to comprise Danielle and JLS star Marvin Humes.

Sparking further confusion, the pair were then seen on their stream shouting over to Josie to show her - in complete contrast of what was aired on TV. It prompted viewers to hit out over the scripted scene and speculate over the show's authenticity.

One X (formerly Twitter user) said: "I don't get it. Why did they just say Ant and Dec predicted Sam would win, but here they put Josie? Wtf." Another asked: "How come @antanddec's predictions on #ImaCeleb coming out show were Sam when I saw jungle club on Instagram live just after the final and they both predicted Josie?"

A third added: "Ant and Dec doing these predictions but going live after the show and not one of them guessed Sam was going to win is the funniest fake thing I’ve ever seen. Both of them said Josie. And a fourth commented: "Anyone else watch the #imaceleb Insta live on final night? They both predicted Josie at number 1 not Sam! Why did they fake that moment?!?!"

Dec couldn't stop smiling on Wednesday, meanwhile, as he was reunited with his wife and children in the UK after several weeks Down Under. The star was greeted by his wife Ali, 44, and their two kids - five-year-old Isla and baby Jack, at Heathrow Airport. Wearing a green cap and a Ralph Lauren black zip-up hoodie, the Newcastle native beamed as he pushed the pram of his seventeen-month-old son alongside his spouse.
