Jamie Lynn Spears emotional note to Ant and Dec after I'm A Celeb stint
Jamie Lynn Spears has praised Ant and Dec for helping her find new friends for life in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
The 32-year-old younger sister of American superstar Britney Spears, 42, was one of twelve celebs that featured on ITV’s long-running reality show for the 2023 season where she faced challenges and camp life alongside the likes of winner Sam Thompson, 31, This Morning star Josie Gibson, and controversial political figure Nigel Farage, 59. Viewers watched mum-of-two Jamie Lynn struggle through challenges and battle homesickness as she missed her kids.
And while the American actress’s time in the jungle was cut short, she has been reflecting on her time in Australia with fondness and early onset nostalgia. Now back in the USA - and following a return to Dancing With The Stars which she competed on prior to her jungle stint - Jamie Lynn says her life has been enriched by her I’m A Celeb experience.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the star shared a string of photos of herself posing in a pink dress, intercut with promotional images and screenshots from her time on the ITV show.

Thankful to all the crew, producers, @itv & @antanddec for such an impressive production, and sooooooo proud of all my camp mates for making the jungle their biatch."

She added: "Thank you to the FANS who watch and support us, and allow us to have these incredible experiences-we owe it all to yall."
Fellow contestant Nella Rose was among those taking note of Jamie Lynn's post and responded, writing: "Love you sissy." Jamie Lynn in turn replied to the 26-year-old YouTube star, writing: "miss you and love you!!!! So proud of you!"

An ITV spokesperson said at the time: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."
Her early departure came after fans saw her tearfully declaring how much she missed her children; 15-year-old daughter Maddie who she shares with ex-boyfriend Casey Aldridge and five-year-old daughter Ivey who she shares with her 52-year-old businessman husband Jamie Watson. Her departure was met with sympathy from some fans who lamented her exit as they branded her their favourite contestant of the 2023 cast.
However, a conspiracy theory emerged online when fans realised Jamie Lynn was back in the USA to attend the 2023 season finale of Dancing With The Stars. She had performed on the show earlier in the season, before being voted off - with many suggesting she had only been contracted to feature on I’m A Celeb for a certain amount of time before she would leave in order to be back on the American dance show.
