KSI has been issued a new $50million winner-takes-all offer to fight his bitter rival Jake Paul.

YouTube boxer KSI has insisted he is retired from boxing after losing a controversial decision to Love Island star Tommy Fury in October. The Brit insisted his end goal in the sport was to fight fellow internet celebrity Paul, who is scheduled to make his boxing return this Friday against unknown professional Andre August in Orlando.

Paul's business partner Nakisa Bidarian has now fired back at comments made by KSI's promoter Mams Taylor by accepting their proposed weight of 180lb. "Jake Paul has never fought below 185 pounds. KSI has fought as heavy as 193 pounds and just fought Tommy Fury at 183 pounds, where he claims he won," Bidarian wrote.

"Jake will fight at 180 pounds, assuming it is a true winner takes all. KSI’s team has said KSI can’t do that because he doesn’t control Misfits. Solution, which we offered previously - the purse is $25M for each fighter. Winner takes purse of other fighter ($50M). Jake is the A-side, but will happily come to the UK, let KSI put his name first and have KSI walk second on fight night if the fight is at 185 pounds. If not at 185 - then the fight is not in the UK."

Bidarian finished his rant by taking a little dig at KSI for hosting a sparring session against IShowSpeed at the same time as Paul's fight against August. "Now please return to setting up 4AM sparring sessions to damage your distribution partner. We have real boxing to tend to," he added.

KSI weighed in at 193lb for his rematch against former rival turned business partner Logan Paul in 2019, but most of his recent bouts have taken place between 175lb and 180lb. The Brit's promoter Taylor admitted that Paul shouldn't have to drain himself down to 175lb to make the grudge fight happen.

"The reality is if this fight were to ever happen, both sides would have to compromise. JJ can’t expect Jake to fight at 175lb and Jake can’t expect 185lb. 180lb. No one has an unfair advantage. Simple. JJ does not need this fight. Jake says he doesn’t need the fight. If they want it. This is what it’ll be," he said.
