Good tidings: Kim Kardashian shares sweet Christmas message to ex Kanye West

It’s all about the good tidings this Christmas for Kim Kardashian as she paid a sweet shoutout – literally – to ex-husband Kanye West. Getting into the holiday spirit, the reality TV star decided to spread some seasonal cheer and didn’t leave out the rapper.

Taking to her socials, Kim, 43, showed off her impressive display of gingerbread houses – each had been picked out by the four children she shares with 46-year-old West. One house was decorated with the names of Ye, his father Ray, his late mother Donda, who passed away in 2007, and the kids. Notable for her absence is Kanye’s rumoured new wife, architectural designer Bianca Censori, who doesn’t get namechecked in the design.

Kim said: “All-grey mansion for, um, my kids’ dad. They wanted to order this one and get this one for him.” The pair, who finalised their divorce in 2022, are parents to North, 10, Saint, eight, Chicago, five, and four-year-old Psalm. In the since-deleted video on Insta Story, Kim also gave fans a tour of the other houses, gifted to her by mum Kris Jenner. “This is Chi’s,” she continued, panning the camera over a pastel-coloured house: “It’s the cutest little rainbow one.” Then Kim panned over to North’s black-and-white house – “she picked this one out” and Saint’s beach option.

Over the weekend, Kim celebrated son Saint’s eighth birthday with an extravagant football-themed birthday party at her mansion in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles. The Skims founder scored extra points when she sourced Saint a giant footie-shaped chocolate ball rather than a cake after revealing that he isn’t a fond of sponge.

Last week it was announced that Kim will court even more attention after signing up to play a divorce lawyer in a new legal drama. She’ll lead an all-female law firm in the as-yet-untitled project from super-producer Ryan Murphy – and the role shouldn’t be a stretch given she’s currently studying for her real-life bar exam. It’s not the first time Kim has worked with TV's Murphy. In September, she played a cutthroat publicist in his anthology series, American Horror Story: Delicate.
