ITV’s I’m A Celebrity stunned viewers on Friday night when JLS star Marvin Humes became the sixth campmate to be evicted from the jungle. The dad-of-three had previously been a favourite to stay until the final and his departure days before the final sent fans into meltdown.

Posting on TikTok, I'm A Celeb fan Ryan Mossman shared his theories on why the remaining campmates were still in the jungle. Weighing in on the viewers' vote while watching Friday night’s episode, he told his followers: “What is going on? Marvin's left. I really can't believe this. What on earth? I generally thought it's gonna be Nigel (Farage]. I thought [Marvin] would make the final.

“I thought it was either gonna be Marvin or Josie in the final with Tony and Sam. Are people right? If ITV, like, messed around with this little bit.”

Ryan then shared his theory that ITV was doing all it could to keep Josie in the jungle as it would help cement her claim to the throne of its flagship show, This Morning. He went on:”... Since Holly and Phil left this morning, they need the new it, someone with it, whatever it is. Josie could be that. Putting her in here in a lot ahead time to boost her profile. Keep her busy, give her clout.”

He also reflected on why Nigel Farage was still in the jungle, reasoning that bosses had reportedly spent £1.5 million on his wages, the most ever spent on a celebrity for the show. Ryan added: “Of course they're gonna try and get the money back.”

Viewers who watched his take on the show couldn’t help but agree. One person responded: “I can’t believe that Nigel is doing the cyclone.” And someone else replied: “It’s fixed. Literally, everybody wanted tony, Sam and Marvin in the final 3 so surely it can’t be right. I’m so upset. I loved Marvin.” And a third viewer added: “it's definitely fixed. i am fuming! i wanted sam or marvin to win. I’m surprised he went.”

Commenting on his Josie theory, one viewer agreed, writing: “its giving josie all the air time, she works for ITV its a fix.” And another person asked: “Why keep Josie in there?” To which Ryan replied: “She’s giving mom vibes and people like that.”

The presenting line-up at ITV's This Morning has had a big shake-up this year. Phillip Schofield stepped down in May after admitting to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger colleague. His former co-star and ex-BFF Holly Willoughby then decided to leave in October, citing a need to spend more time with her family, with a string of guest hosts standing in for them ever since.

Josie has been an integral part of the show since she joined five years ago and stepped up to show off her talent following Philip's departure.

Before Marvin's departure, Danielle Harold was the fifth star to leave camp, Nick Pickard became the fourth star to be evicted, Fred Sirieix was the third star to leave, Nella Rose was the second, and Frankie Dettori was the first to leave camp. Jamie Lynn Spears and Grace Dent both quit before the public vote.
