Nella Rose hit back at her critics after her controversial stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

When asked by Rylan if she had any regrets, Nella said as she appeared on This Morning: "I don't think there's anything I would change because honestly with me what you see is what you get and I will always stay true to myself. I'm just Nella, I'm like Marmite - you either love me or hate me."

Nella was questioned on her row with Fred Sirieix, in which he told the YouTube star he was "old enough to be her father". She said: "I haven't been able to watch anything back yet but I know everything that's going on. I know everything that's happened.

"And honestly, it was a big fat misunderstanding. We’ve gone over it, me and Fred are cool, everything is blessed." Hitting back at criticism, Nella said: "I don't know why everybody is still talking about it but I understand it’s TV."

"In the jungle, everything is intensified," she explained before adding: "Obviously this subject is very triggering for me because it's a fresh wound. But, being inside the jungle all events are intensified."

Before her eviction, Nella was nominated camp leader by her fellow campmates. She put Fred and Nigel Farage on washing up duty after the pair complained about the cleanliness of the cooking equipment during her time in the same role. "That was pure pettiness, I am not even going to lie," she admitted.

"Being in that jungle 24/7 when you see the drama aspects of it, it's like your evening news and entertainment. So I'm thinking shall we have a peaceful camp or shall we have some drama."

Nella justified her reaction to Fred's comment during her exit interview with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. She said: "I just feel like in the middle of an argument, or in the middle of a disagreement, you shouldn't bring up sensitive topics. And I feel like, in the middle of a disagreement, he brought up a sensitive topic. I didn't understand why he would do that."

When asked if their clash could have been a misunderstanding, she admitted: "It could have been, but things are so heightened in the jungle that everything is a big thing." Nella's row with the First Date star garnered more than 800 Ofcom complaints.
