Fred Sirieix is showing signs of "frustration" with his I'm A Celebrity campmates after another week in the jungle, according to a body language expert.

Only yesterday, the First Dates star was seen struggling with not being able to lead with the cooking in camp, having previously been the chef. It comes after his latest clash with This Morning's Josie Gibson in the 'kitchen', as she called him out for interfering with the jungle dinner despite her now being the cook.

Fred's interference and desperation to take over the cooking once more has divided viewers, as well as his campmates. He was seen venting to EastEnders star Danielle Harold about not being able to do it himself, as well as his frustration over people not listening to his advice. Now experts say his actions are "creating division".

Judi James explained: "Fred is man who clearly needs to be in control and so far he’s used cooking as his currency to do so. With the job of chef snatched from him now, he's like a one-man Mount Etna about to erupt in frustration. And so, as a result, is Josie. His body language with new cook Josie is dictatorial. He's not fussing, he's telling and using command and control body language rituals as he does so."

"Fred either stands over Josie with his hands on his hips or sits back, splayed, with his brows raised as he mansplains cooking rice, with his performed mouth clamp after he's spoken signalling he's totally and utterly right," she told Paddy Power Games. "Fred won't stop even when Josie asks him to, and his exaggerated eye-roll is a gesture of dismissal and frustration that looks intent on lowering her status. Her eye-roll about Fred looked equally frustrated and her raised chin, pursed lips, arched brows and angry eye expression suggests she’s barely supressing her anger. At one point she had to hide her entire facial expression in a bunch of veg she was holding while Fred told her how to cook it, suggesting she was close to locking into battle with him."

Judi says that Fred's "behind-the-scenes poison-dripping" looks to be "aimed at creating divisions" as well as "making anyone pinned down to listen to him look as though they're colluding in the moaning". It comes after his fiancée Fruitcake admitted she isn't surprised by his reaction to no longer being the camp chef, amid his clashes with campmates. Speaking on Lorraine on Monday morning, Fruitcake shared that Fred does all of the cooking at home, so he probably isn't used to having it taken away from him.

She revealed to host Lorraine Kelly: "He's like that at home but to be fair Lorraine, I don't do any cooking so I can't say I step away. He does it at home. He says he’s in charge of pleasure and pleasure is feeding me. He does all the cooking so I am not surprised he's struggled to step away with Josie." With him set to face the next trial, she also revealed what Fred feared the most telling Lorraine: "[He's] not good [with rats], but he’s even worse with spiders... I imagine a few screams in that trial."
