I'm A Celebrity fans baffled as pre Trial scene leaves viewers in hysterics
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here viewers were confused and amused when the stars of the show ran across the jungle bridge like they were in an action film while on their way to a task.
On Friday night, Sam Thompson, Nella Rose, Nigel Farage, Nick Pickard and Tony Bellew were sent off to a task that would see them trapped in coffin-like boxes while wild animals were poured on them. They had to unlock stars and pass keys to each other in order to win meals for camp during the latest action packed episode of the long-running ITV reality show.
But before the challenge began, the group had to make their way to the trail set - and that was based across the jungle bridge. Viewers were amused to see scenes of the group crossing the bridge - with Sam and Nick running across like their lives were in danger.
As the show began, video showed the group pumping themselves up for the challenge ahead. Som said to camera: “You’ve got veteran Nella, we’ve got Nigel, we’ve got Nick, who is an unbelievable swimmer, and we’ve got big Tone who never backs down! I’m the weak link, but we’ve got all of them. Great!”
Sam was running across the bridge - which confused viewers (ITV)And Farage declared: “Yesterday the team got four stars, our aim is to get at least as many as them, if not more. If we can go all the way, we’ll do it.” The footage was intercut with scenes of the group crossing the gorge via the bridge before they made it to the trial set and were greeted by Ant and Dec.

Seeing the team members running across the bridge set off many viewers - who flooded social media to comment about the moment. One fan wrote on X/Twitter: “nah why were they running across the bridge like that?” Alongside crying-with-laughter emojis,. Another remarked: “Nick and Sam running across the bridge LMAO. #ImACeleb.”
Another fan typed: “LMFAOO THE WAY THEY WERE RUNNING ACROSS THE BRIDGE.” And a further fan wrote: “bro why are they running across the bridge like that.” One viewer questioned if the urgency was for a specific reason, typing: “Why are they running across that bridge like they’re desperate for the loo?”
Nick also seemed to run across in a wild panic (ITV)While another noticed that not all team members chose to run - observing: “I love that they’re running across the bridge and then nigel just slowly walks sums him up.” Viewers then saw the team struggle through their trial.
Nella was the only member of the team to quit as she faced arguably the worst treatment in the challenge. She had to try to unlock stars while lying down - and while hundreds of cockroaches ran all over her. Viewers saw her become distressed as the insects gathered near her mouth, nose and ears and she opted to hav eherself removed from the task.
Nick and Tony struggle in their boxes as snakes were dropped in beside them - while Farage had to contest with rats. Sam, however, had a small army of toads joining him - however they seemed content in his company and they all gathered together in a corner, leaving him relatively clear. In the end the group won six strs which were transferred into meals following the task - much to the joy of the other campmates.
