I'm A Celeb bosses panic over Jamie Lynn exit as third star on brink of quitting

I'm A Celebrity bosses have been left in a panic over Jamie Lynn Spears ' exit from the jungle - amid fears another could leave.

Already, two stars - food critic Grace Dent and singer and actress Jamie Lynn - have quit the show on medical grounds, with bosses no doubt fearful that another could be heading home soon, causing chaos for the reality show.

So far, we have yet to have an eviction but two people have headed home from Australia due to medical reasons. A statement released just a few minutes ago confirmed Jamie Lynn had left the jungle, with her final scenes airing tonight.

In a statement, ITV confirmed: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."

It will no doubt spell a headache for the show bosses - as one star has already quit. Grace Dent headed home just a few days ago owing to medical grounds as well, and was seen flying out of Australia and back to the UK.

It has been a tricky series for the show's producers, and there are now real fears that another star could quit the ITV series. Nella Rose was ruled out of yesterday's trial at the last minute, leaving voters confused. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly confirmed she had pulled out on medical grounds and was being seen by an on-site professional.

Later, it was confirmed that Nella was back in the jungle - but bosses will no doubt be worried she could quit all together. Dec explained to the viewers last night: "Now, unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later but it means she is now exempt from today's trial," before an ITV spokesperson confirmed she was being looked over.

It was revealed just hours later that Nella was back, with a spokesperson for the show adding: "During last night's live broadcast, Nella Rose required medical treatment on site and was deemed unable to take part in the trial. Nella has since rejoined camp."

A friend of Nella also hit back at the claims, branding the speculation "unfair" and "untrue". They told The Mirror: "The idea that she was faking or trying to get out of the trial is unfair and untrue. It was a minor medical emergency and it happened just before the show. They had to take her off to get looked at and couldn’t get her back in time for the trial reveal."
