Black Friday and Cyber Monday may have brought a plethora of holiday discounts, but don't worry if you didn't find the bargain you were looking for.

According to travel insiders, there are plenty more deals to be had this week, on what's been dubbed 'Travel Tuesday', with plenty more cheap flights and packages up for grabs.

For example, Newmarket Holidays is currently offering 15% off its Elvis Presley’s Memphis New Orleans & Nashville tour if you book by December 4, 2023.

Meanwhile, Just Go Holidays is giving you the chance to save 10% on all coach inclusive breaks if you book by midnight on November 30, 2023.

They're not the only firm to be launching tempting discounts. National Holidays also has a 10% discount on coach inclusive breaks, if you book by midnight on November 30, 2023.

Travel Tuesday typically sees airlines, hotels and holiday firms adding more discounts to entice Brits to book getaways. You may even find extra perks - for example onboard credit on cruises - that aren't available at other times of the year.

It's no surprise that these deals fall on a Tuesday - it's often tipped as the best day of the week for booking flights if you want some of the best deals. If you can be flexible on your departure date, it's always worth looking for early morning flights during the week.

That's because these are often cheaper due to the early starts, but there can be an added benefit as flight attendants sharing flight secrets have previously admitted early flights are often less likely to be delayed as they're at the start of the day, so there's less chance of previous delays or cancellations having a knock-on effect on your journey.

If you have a specific airline or travel company in mind, it's also worth signing up to their loyalty programmes or newsletters, as often these come with perks such as exclusive early access to deals, or extra points and upgrades when you book.
