Patsy Kensit 'reignites romance with property tycoon fiancé' months after split
Patsy Kensit has rekindled her romance with her property tycoon boyfriend Patric Cassidy - reigniting hopes they could tie-the-knot.
The 55-year-old soap actress abruptly called off her engagement with 57-year-old Patric following a somewhat whirlwind romance. They first got together in the summer of 2022 - and by July, they were engaged after Patric popped the question to Patsy during a romantic meal in the iconic Mayfair restaurant Scotts.
They then had an even more romantic engagement in February this year as Patric whisked Patty away to a sun soaked beach where he got down on one knee once again and presented her with a dazzling engagement ring. But then in July this year, the plug was swiftly pulled on the romance - and the pair went their separate ways.
Now reports have claimed Patsy and Patric have decided to fight for their love and have reunited - with Christmas on the horizon. The pair are now said to be back together - and the renewed romance has raised hopes they could get married after all.

The businessman proposed to Patsy at Scotts in Mayfair in September last year - and then again on a beach holiday in FebruaryThe Sun on Sunday reports: “Patsy loves being in a relationship and there are many things she likes about Patric so she has been quietly seeing him again to see if they can make it work.

“It’s still early days, but they have been enjoying each other’s company again. Patric is very extravagant and loves to take Patsy out for nice dinners and shower her with gifts and has vowed to treat her like a princess. They decided they had too much to lose not to give their romance another go.”
The new development comes five months after their romance abruptly came to an end amid reports the coupe had endured bitter arguments and that Patric had a wandering eye. A spokesperson said at the time: "I can confirm they have split, and would appreciate that she is given her privacy regarding the matter. She is currently very busy working."

Patsy has lots of exciting work opportunities at the moment, and she is throwing herself into her career."
Patsy could be regarded as somewhat unlucky in love as she has been engaged five times, and married four. She first got married in 1988 when she was 20 years old and tied-the-knot with keyboardist Dan Donovan, 60, of the band Big Audio Dynamite. That marriage ended in divorce in 1991 – but Patsy didn’t wait long to tie-the-knot again as she swiftly married 64-year-old Scottish musician Jim Kerr of the band Simple Minds in 1992. She welcomed a son with him in 1993, but they ultimately split and divorced in 1996.
Patsy then married Oasis rock star Liam Gallagher in 1997 and they welcomed a son named Lennon together in 1999. They split in divorced in the year 2000. Patsy’s next husband was DJ Jeremy Healy, who she had been friends with since her own singing days when she was in the pop band Eighth Wonder in the 1980s. They began dating in 2007 and announced their engagement that same year but split in 2008 and called off the wedding, only to reconcile and swap vows in April 2009 – but they split again in 2010 and divorced.
