Arsenal's trip to London rivals Brentford on Saturday will be shown live on TNT Sports - despite the game kicking off at 5:30pm.

As per the Premier League's agreement with its UK broadcast partners, the Saturday 5:30pm game is shown live on Sky Sports. It was initially decided this Saturday's 5:30pm fixture would be the clash between Manchester City and Liverpool at the Etihad.

Brentford's home clash against Arsenal, meanwhile, was picked for the Saturday 12:30pm slot, which belongs to TNT Sports. Yet the fixtures were switched around when Greater Manchester Police raised concerns about crowd trouble at the Etihad.

City and Liverpool were forced to condemn fan behaviour after a 15-year-old girl was left with a head injury when a missile was thrown during a Carabao Cup game last December. It wasn't the first time crowd trouble had flared between the two clubs.

To limit the possibility of crowd trouble, the Premier League have switched the timing of Saturday's games in Manchester and west London. Yet the broadcasters haven't switched, which is why Brentford's clash with Arsenal will be shown live on TNT Sports.
