Diddy has been hit with his third sexual assault lawsuit according to TMZ.

The woman filed her suit anonymously, using the name Jane Doe. It not only accuses the music producer but also singer-songwriter Aaron Hall. Her suit claims that the two took turns sexually assaulting her and her friend in either 1990 or 1991. She claims she met Diddy, legal name Sean Combs, and Hall at a record label event and brought her and her friend drinks whilst flirting with them.

A representative to Diddy told The Mirror in a statement: "These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations."

It goes on to claim that the two took Jane Doe and her friend to Hall's apartment where they were given more alcohol. She was then reportedly coerced into having sex with Diddy. After the traumatizing event, she claimed Diddy left the room and Hall came in and raped her. Her friend was also reportedly raped by the two men.

Jane Doe claimed in her suit that a few days later Diddy came to her house and was enraged. "He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them," the suit read.

The news comes a week after singer Cassie, legal name Cassandra Ventura, filed a lawsuit in New York court accusing him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking. According to court documents obtained by The Mirror, Diddy "lured Ms. Ventura into an ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fuelled lifestyle, and into a romantic relationship with him" after she was signed to his record label, Bad Boy Records.

The suit also alleged that Diddy forced Cassie to have sex with prostitutes while he was filming them. Cassie also claimed in the filing that he ""blew up a man’s car after he learned that he was romantically interested in Ms. Ventura." Cassie settled the case out of court the day after it was filed for an undisclosed amount.

A second suit was filed recently by Joi Dickerson-Neal who alleged that she was "drugged, sexually assaulted and abused" by the rapper. She added that Diddy reportedly created and distributed "revenge porn" of her.

Dickerson-Neal claimed that she met the rapper while she was a student at Syracuse University in 1991. According to court documents obtained by The Mirror, she was then "intentionally drugged" by him while attending a dinner with Diddy.

A representative of Diddy told TMZ in response to the second suit: "This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

The second suit was filed under the Adult Survivors Act, which allowed victims of sexual abuse to file civil lawsuits past the typical statute of limitations. The deadline to file was November 23.

The Mirror wouldn't normally ID victims of alleged sexual assault but Cassie and Dickerson-Neal have publicly spoken out.
