Diddy hit with second lawsuit accusing him of sex assault and revenge porn

Diddy was slammed with another lawsuit Thursday accusing him of sexual assault and revenge porn.

In court documents obtained by The Mirror, the complainant claims that she was "drugged, sexually assaulted and abused." She also claims that she was the "victim" of 'revenge porn' that Sean Combs or 'P. Diddy' created and distributed." The complaint further describes a day in 1991 where she claims she 'reluctantly' went to dinner with the rapper because they had mutual friends.

A spokesperson for Diddy told The Mirror in a statement: "This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. [His accuser's] 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

The alleged victim accused Diddy of 'intentionally drugging' her during their "date." They further alleged that this was a part of his typical "practice." The documents explain: "Driving first to a music studio where she could not get out of the car, Combs proceeded to a place he was staying to sexually assault her. As was his practice, but unbeknownst to Ms. Dickerson, Combs video recorded the sexual assault. Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the 'sex tape' along with other men."

Allegedly, Diddy told the complainant that "everyone" saw the tape. The documents said: "The sexual assault and public exposure of it, caused her to suffer overwhelming feelings of humiliation, embarrassment, violation, and constant apprehension about who all viewed it."

The complainant described her life as going into a 'tailspin' after the assault. The stress from the alleged incident caused her to be "admitted into the hospital for severe depression and suicide ideation."

She explained that it was difficult to move on from the incident due to Diddy's "success" making it difficult to "block his existence out." Now, she is requesting a trial by jury and seeking "compensatory damages," "punitive damages," and the cost of attorney and trial fees.

The case documents cite New York's Adult Survivors Act which gave a one year window for survivors over 18 to sue their abusers regardless of when the alleged assault occurred. The law was enacted Nov. 24, 2022, meaning the eligible period ends Friday.

The rapper settled a prior lawsuit a week ago which also accused him of sexual assault, but his attorney told CBS News in a statement that the move was "in no way an admission of wrongdoing."
