Ant and Dec issue cutting dig at Jamie Lynn Spears on I'm A Celebrity
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have made a sly dig at Jamie Lynn Spears after she completed her Bushtucker Trial.
The younger sister of pop star, Britney Spears, 32, stunned fans when she won a whopping 10 stars in the Climb of Cruelty, which saw her hoist high in the air, covered in creepy crawlies. However, when the Zoey 101 star returned to camp, she initially pretended she'd been unsuccessful, even shedding a fake tear.
After the mum-of-two's performance, Ant and Dec took to X sharing a certificate for Jamie Lynn, congratulating her on being the camp's "best actress". They captioned the post: "Congratulations Jamie Lynn Spears…and for her *very* original entrance back into camp," followed by a laughing emoji.

After seeing Ant and Dec's post on X, some viewers thought the Geordie duo had subtly revealed whose side they were on as one posted: "Questionable acting skills as always, admit it lads, you are massive Britney stans." Another sarcastically penned: "Well done Jamie Lynn. That should boost her confidence."

The campmate threatened to quit I'm A Celebrity earlier in the week, telling Ant and Dec she'd 'picked the wrong show'. When asked by the Byker Grove stars why she thought the public had chosen her for the Bushtucker Trial, Jamie Lynn conceded it was probably because she 'cries a lot' – having been in tears soon after she entered camp when she opened up about becoming a mum at 17.

Reaching 100ft in the air for the final star, Jamie Lynn walked out onto a plank before jumping to catch the final 10th star.
Triumphantly returning to the ground with 10/10 stars and meals for camp, she said: "All I was thinking about was, 'You’ve got hungry campmates'". The actress also admitted her jungle pals wouldn't have expected her to get all 10 stars, saying: "I think they were saying, 'You’re going to do it', but thinking, 'No way, she’s been crying for five days straight, it ain’t happening', so I’m really, really happy that I get to come back and bring them the joyous 10 stars." She added: "I might cry a lot but I can come and do this."
