Death In Paradise Christmas special stirs drama with unexpected arrival
BBC's Death In Paradise's Christmas special is set for huge drama after a new arrival appears.
Several guest stars have signed up for the upcoming festive special of the BBC detective drama, which will see entrepreneur and family man, Gerry Stableforth, found dead in a ravine – but things get worse for the family when someone else goes missing. Neville is also stunned by a shock arrival, with the person dropping some huge news on the Detective Inspector about his personal life, amid the complicated case that has the whole police team scratching their heads.
Patsy Kensit (EastEnders), Doon Mackichan (Two Doors Down), Youssef Kerkour (House of Gucci), Geoff Bell (The Curse), Bronagh Waugh (Ridley), Amelia Clarkson (The Last Kingdom), Freddy Carter (Shadow and Bone) and Leila Khan (Heartstopper) will all guest star in the upcoming Christmas special, which airs this on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
They will appear alongside series regulars Ralf Little (D.I Neville Parker), Don Warrington (Commissioner Selwyn Patterson), Shantol Jackson (D.S Naomi Thomas), Tahj Miles (Officer Marlon Pryce), Ginny Holder (Trainee Officer Darlene Curtis) and Élizabeth Bourgine (Catherine Bordey), in what promises to be an exciting trip to Saint Marie.
Gerry Stablefoth ends up dying this Christmas – with his family left stunned by his shock passing. As the team get to work on finding out what happened to him, visiting digital marketing guru, Debbie Clumson suddenly disappears. Her partner Dave is desperate to find out where she is and what's happened – but is it all as it seems?
