Big Brother star 'unrecognisable' as he shows off new hair during live final
Big Brother viewers had to double-take during Friday's live final of the ITV2 series.
One housemate showed off a brand new look during the finale, with many viewers confessing they did not recognise them. Former housemate Matty debuted his much shorter hairdo, and he looked so different.
While in the house, Matty had long, curly hair throughout. So when he appeared on Big Brother and Late & Live for the final on Friday, fans couldn't believe the transformation since he last appeared on the show this week.
Matty had chopped his curly locks for a much shorter hairstyle, and fans were loving it. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, viewers were quick to see if anyone else had noticed Matty's new look.
As some admitted they barely recognised the star, others praised his new hair. One viewer said: "I didn't even recognise Matty with the short hair," as another said: "Matty’s had a hair cut!!"

A fourth said: "Why has no one mentioned Matty's extreme hair cut? Looking good," while a fifth added: "Matty looks good with that hair cut."
It comes as the winner was crowned on the show on Friday night, with Jordan storming to victory. After winning the show, Jordan appeared on companion show Big Brother: Late and Live where he fielded questions from hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best.
Discussing his win, he said he "hasn't the foggiest" why the public voted for him to win, but said he was "honoured" to be crowned the 2023 winner. Acknowledging that he is now £100,000 richer, he said: "The money will be nice, won't it.... did I think I could win it? No."
Matty ditched his longer hairAddressing his relationship with co-star Henry, he said: "When I saw Henry come through the door I thought 'here comes trouble'... we were both wearing velvet. I thought there's no one I want to win over more." He also explained why, when he was in the house, he referred to his romance with Henry as 'platonic with kisses'.
He admitted: "I need to read up on platonic love... I need to research more into that." Asked what the next step is for his relationship with Henry, Jordan teased: "Henry and I made a promise that whoever wins, we would go to a five star hotel or somewhere decent... with a twin room. We won't be sleeping in the beds!"
