Fans fear for Ty Burrell after Sofia Vergara posts Modern Family cast reunion
Sofia Vergara invited the Modern Family cast over to her home for the 'first' reunion post-show.
The entire cast was present except Ty Burrell who was there in spirit since the actors brought a photo of him to the occasion. Some fans thought the photo was an ominous message that he had passed away, but that was not the case. "Typical Phil, making us think the worse. He should have been the robot iPad thing if he couldn't make it," wrote one fan.
The rest of the case appeared to have a marvelous time in the plentiful photos that Sofia provided on Instagram. Jesse Tyler thanked Sofia for her generosity in hosting the event.

In one photo, Sofia sat with Ed O'Neill who played the patriarch of the family, Jay Pritchett. "I love u Ed O’neil [sic]," she captioned the picture. In the photo, Ed pulled Sofia close as they sat on a sofa. He clutched a glass of red wine in one hand with his other arm around Sofia, resting his hand on her head. Sofia wore a cute leopard print dress and a gorgeous smile on her face.

She filled her Instagram photos with a variety of selfies and poses with the family. She captioned one photo dump: "So lucky to have worked with this people for 11 years. I love and miss u all guys!!!"
Fans were thrilled to get a peek at their favourite actors. One wrote: "I think I haven't accepted the end of the program yet. Every time I finish season 11, I start from the beginning. I know I have a problem."
